"Merlin, Evadanne." Pansy gasped from behind me. Turning from the mirror I looked to her with a smile.

"You look beautiful Pansy." I say with a smile as I look up and down, she had a silver dress that clung to her, black heels with silver star earrings and a long silver necklace that falls underneath her dress. She wore a fur black jacket over her shoulders that she would slightly tug on as she was watching me.

"Lily you are going to give Malfoy a heart attack looking like that. Merlin if I wasn't already gay, I would become gay with you looking like that." She says with a laugh.

"Aww you are being to kind, lets just get going." I say grabbing her arm and pulling her out of my dorm. We had agreed to met the boys at the bottom of the staircase outside the Great Hall, so Pansy and I made our way there. Talking quietly as students mainly males watch us walk by. Once at the staircase Pansy put her hand on my shoulder giving me a smile before walking around the corner and down the stairs her heels clicking as she went.

Taking a deep breath I push the dress down smoothing it as much as I can before turning around the corner. At the bottom of the stairs was Draco, Blaise, Blaise's date and Pansy. They were all turned away form me as I walked down the stairs, Blaise's date mouth opened as she looked me up and down. Blaise and Draco turned around quickly there eyes landing on me. I felt heat rise up my cheeks as I give them a smile. Reaching the bottom of the stair Draco takes a quick steps up to me putting his hand out for me to grab.

"You look absolutely stunning." He says as he bends down placing a kiss on my knuckles.

"You look very handsome yourself." The blush on my cheeks was probably showing through my makeup and it felt like my face was on fire. Walking into the Great Hall the place is covered in fake snow, with Christmas trees in everyone corner and one big own where the professors normally sit. It was absolutely beautiful.

Everyone stood in a circle as the champions came in with there dates. They were the first to dance, all attention on them. "Potter is a bloody menace." Draco mumble behind me, his arms wrapped around my waist as his chin rested on my shoulder. Since the heels made me taller he couldn't place his chin on my head.

I watched as Potter messed up the dance again and his date winced. "It's entertaining to see him messing up this badly in front of this many students." I whisper back, Draco started swaying back and forth to the soft violin music as we waited for the Champions to finish up. As other students started to join in, Draco moved from behind me grabbing my hand and pulling me onto the dance floor. He moved around softly guiding each of my steps, we were dancing like one. A giggle escaped me as he lifted my into the air spinning us around.

The night quickly changed pace as the violin music has stopped and now a band was playing. Everyone was dancing around and singing. Draco was smiling wider than I had ever seen as we danced next to one another. "I'm going to go get a drink, want me to get you one as well?" Draco questions as we move away from the dancing students, giving him a nod he turns and walks away. All the tables were empty except for one which sat Potter and Ron. Sighing I walk over to the two knowing I'm going to regret it.

"Tonight is a night for fun. You two should be up there dancing with your dates." I say as I glance to the two girls who give me a thankful smile.

"Oh shove off Lily." Ron says while rolling his eyes.

"Listen just because you didn't have the balls to ask Granger to the dance and you got rejected Potter does not mean you guys can't have fun tonight." I say crossing my arms over my chest.

"Why don't you just leave us alone and go back to Malfoy." Ron spits.

"Ronald, you need to take that stick out of your arse." I spit back turning to walk away.
