Chapter 17, Sacrifice Your Life

/3 Days After/

-Ribbon's POV-

Ah, V is in front, he's chatting with Leo.

I was in the inner world of my own, a void.

I haven't checked on Cloud in a while, I need to reach them. "Cloud?" I whisper out to not startle him. "Little guy?" I float around.

A cloud appeared in front of me, I put my hand in it slowly, and I was pulled in.

I was thrown to the ground, I groaned as I got up.

The inner world was a cloudy sky, it was perfectly blue and the ground was cloudy also.

I wandered around looking for Cloud and saw him, finally, sitting down alone.

I sit right next to him and they waved.
She had her journal in front of her, doodles were drawn everywhere.

I wave back and we both sat in silence together.

"Did you front yesterday?" I ask.
Cloud made a confused look and then he realized.

He wrote, "I think so, I remember walking around."

"Great to know, Leo got worried."

Cloud had a gloomy look.
"I want to meet him." he wrote down slowly, she drew a sad face, "But I'm too shy."

"I know you can do it...." I pat his head.
"Just take your time."

Cloud nodded and hugged me.

"Are you going?"
They wrote.

"Maybe."
"Not sure when V is gonna switch."

"See you next time."

I nod and slipped back into my inner world.

I switch in and felt off at first.
I dissociated for a few minutes and felt my head stinging in pain.

"Too fast...too fast..." whispered V while in co-con.

I did it too fast and had to process everything around me. I check around for my glasses and finally put them on.

I put my glasses on and noticed Leo in front of me.

"Ribbon?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Yes. I'll go get you some tea now." I get up and brushed myself off.

I gave Leo a cup and gave myself tea, I blew on it carefully, and took a small sip. "You feeling okay after you switched?" I could feel Leo staring at me as I closed my eyes, holding my head.

"Not really...eugh.." I curled up into a ball.

"Had a really bad headache...And I guess V changed into a uncomfortable hoodie while I was out of it, wish I switched in time when I saw it..." I took the hoodie off and adjusted my shirt.

"I was cold!" V pouted.

Leo takes the hoodie and set it aside.
"Thanks." I sigh.

"Why weren't you fronting?" Leo asked

"I was with Cloud, just talking to them."
I hum.

"Aww..."

"There is something I need to tell you." He went back to a small frown.

I noticed he was hesitant at first and finally spoke.

"I was with Hydrangea before, right? I couldn't stop thinking about one part that she told me." Leo paused and continued.
