Chapter 8

"Hey guys" Diane said but all of them ignored her. Two were talking about a football game while the guy who spoke earlier was playing with his phone.

"I'm actually not speaking to myself" she said. That's when the two guys who were talking about football looked up. "Oh hey" the one who just looked exactly like Diane spoke but not to Diane.

"Hi" I replied back. But I couldn't help anymore as curiosity took the best of me. "Um forgive me for asking but are you and Diane twins?" I asked him. And he, the other guy with the red hair and Teresa laughed. Then the red hair guy spoke. "I told you she would ask. So now you guys start paying up " he said and I just felt awkward. "Yes, Diane and I are twins" the guy said.

"Okay enough already everyone" Diane said and everybody kept quiet as Diane's twin said "yeah enough everyone, we don't want to annoy the queen" and all of us started laughing and I didn't want to laugh but it was quite funny. "She's glaring everyone" the red hair guy said as all of them put on a serious face and I couldn't help but laugh. "You too" she said as she turned to look at me. "I'm sorry" I said as I put my head down or if not, I was not sure I was going to not laugh again.

"Anyways,that's not why we are here" Diane said. "I thought we were here to eat since it's lunchtime" Diane's twin said and I couldn't help but like him more as I stifled my laughter.

Diane looked at me as she shake her head. "Anyways guys this is Emily and Emily this are the guys" Diane said introducing us to each other. And for a moment, it was like as if they were communicating with each other in their head cause the guy playing with his phone raised his head to look at me before looking back on his phone.

I soon got to know that's Diane brother's name was Dylan while the red hair guy was called Zack and the other guy's name was Ace and he doesn't talk much. We talked and laughed. Well they did the talking and I did the laughing. Soon the bell rang.

"So I guess this is where we part our ways" Zack said in a dramatic voice and I laughed. Everyone one of us went to our various class as we waved each other goodbye. I walked out of the cafeteria as I headed to my next class but first, I went to my to take the book I'll be needing.

When I closed my locker. There, I saw Dylan standing there as I couldn't help but release a small scream. "What are you doing here?" I asked him. "Well I saw you here so I decided to come and meet you" he answered.

"Well you scared the shit out of me" I said as I managed to catch my breath. "Okay then let me walk you to your class" he said. As we were walking, I knew he wanted to ask me something as he kept on glancing at me. "You know you can say what want to say, you're giving me goosebumps already" I said and he chuckled.

"Well, I just wanted to ask why you wear a hoodie" he said and I didn't really want to talk about it. "You know, if you don't want to talk about it you don't have to" he said and I nodded. "Then I won't ask again" he said as I smiled. Soon we reached my class. "Okay so we have reached" he said and I smiled. "Okay, look if you go to class and the teacher asks you why you're late, just mention my name" I said and he laughed.

"Don't worry, I'm always fashionably late" he said as both of us laughed. "I think I like you already" he said. "Really cause I think the feeling is mutual" I said and we laughed. "Bye" I waved him goodbye and entered.

Soon the class was over and I went for my remaining two classes before school was over. I walked out of the school building. As I was walking towards my dad car, I heard my name. I turned around to see Diane and Teresa waving me goodbye and I waved back.

"I see you made new friends" my dad said as I entered the car. "Good afternoon dad" I greeted him. "Now you haven't answered my question" my dad said starting the car engine and driving off. "They are nice" I said. "No that's not what I asked"my dad said. "I guess so" I said and he smiled. "You see I knew you would make progress" he said and I smiled.

When we reached home, I got down from the car as I went upstairs to my bedroom. I took my shower before going back downstairs for my dinner. Before I went upstairs back as I went to sleep.

LOGAN'S P.O.V.
After I had went for my evening run to clear my head, I felt someone had been following me since I was running. "Come out" I said using my alpha voice. Then one of my guards comes out. "What do you want?" I asked him. "Beta Dylan asked me to inform you that the elders are holding a meeting"

The guard said. "Okay. Tell them I'll be there" I said and he left. "They are holding a meeting I didn't call for. This is going to be nice" I said to myself.

I turned into my wolf form as I ran back to the pack house. When I got there, I entered through the gate as I wore my trousers. There I saw Dylan and Zack pacing up and down as Ace sat down on a chair playing with his phone. "What's wrong guys?" I asked them. "What took you so long?" Dylan asked.

"I went for a run" I replied. "Anyways that's not why I called you. The elders they are holding a meeting to find a Luna for you" Zack said. Then a growl escaped my lips as max was already angry.

"Why would they try and find a Luna for me when I already have my mate" max said as I could feel his anger already. "Let's go" I told them .

I entered the house and walked to the new room. When I got there, the guard opened the door and I walked in. Then the elders got up as they greeted me.
