Maths is never an interesting subject, even if you score a legit 100 in it. And specifically when you have an old, grumpy, annoying teacher solving horrible integrations on the board. Integral Fucking Calculus. This was what Hongjoong hated the most [and your author too]. So, naturally, his thoughts were at their independence, scurrying away somewhere else, and his eyes...Oh boy! His eyes were completely fixed on the Greek God beside him.
Not only his, but many eyes were patiently rested upon him.
Hongjoong couldn't understand why this so called 'Park' was behaving so differently at school. Probably his first day? Or perhaps he hates school? He still didn't understand why the boy hadn't revealed his original name because Hongjoong knew well, 'Park' cannot be someone's name. He had also noticed that the raven haired had not talked to anyone since the first class, other than scaring the living shit out of the people with his arrogance or the horrible scowl if anyone approached him or other than calling Hongjoong 'pretty boy'. Even though Hongjoong couldn't understand, he preferred not to interfere. He's not a bad guy after all.
The maths teacher had given them some problems to solve, and Hongjoong knew his half brother very well. Being the competitive ass he was, Wooyoung was definitely going to finish all the sums first and hand it over to the teacher, being the teacher's pet he always was. And Hongjoong didn't want him to win. He would let anyone win but his brother. So he quickly grabbed his pen and started solving the problems, even though he absolutely hated Maths.
In his hurry, Hongjoong had accidentally knocked his own pencil box, which immediately crashed on the classroom floor, creating a loud clatter in the pin-drop silence classroom. Fuck Gravity! Students around were a little annoyed, but soon went back to their work. But Hongjoong...
Half of his belongings had rolled over to Park's side under his desk, and Hongjoong, in his wildest dreams, had no desire to disturb the lion, who was currently on his phone under the school desk.
But he had to get them back, otherwise how on Earth will he write?
"Er...P-Park?"
No reply.
Hongjoong tried again.
"Park?"
No reply.
"P-Park?"
"What?"
That low, deep voice sent shivers cascading down Hongjoong's spine. As his caramel brown eyes met those sharp green ones, Hongjoong gulped. They looked angry, and he knew well, wrath and the color green together never showed positivity. Hongjoong trembled on his seat, his vision blocked by the moisture in his eyes.
"What do you need?" Park growled low from beside him.
"Y-You...m-my th-things...on...y-your fl-floor..."
