The next day, you wake up in bed and look at your phone. There's a text message from Edd.
Hey Y/N! Me, Tom, and Matt are going to a club tonight. Do you want to come with us?
Sure!
He gave you a time, you check the current time and realize you slept in a LITTLE.. you've only got about two hours to get ready.
You decide to go ahead and get ready. You change into (dress/outfit of your choice) and do your makeup. You grab a pair of shoes and put them on. By the time you're ready, it was time to go.
You say goodbye to Bob and grab your keys. You go out to your car and call Edd. "hi Edd! Are we going to meet up at your house or at the club?" You say when he answers the phone as you get into the car.
"The club." He responds. You start your car and begin driving to the club. The two of you talk as you drive. Once you get to the club, you hang up. You park your car and walk inside, looking around for Edd and the others.
Eventually you find them and walk over. "Hi guys!" You say. You look at Tom, who's already drunk, needless to say you were not surprised by that. "Y/n! So glad you could make it!" Edd says with a smile. You smile and nod awkwardly.
You get a drink and chat with Edd. You choose to not drink too much because you have work the next day. Tom looks at you. "Come on, a few drinks won't kill you." He says.
You cave in and say you'll have a few more drinks. You end up getting blackout drunk, not remembering much.

The next morning you wake up at Edd's house. You look around, you're in Edd's room, but Edd isn't there. After a few minutes of silence, you see Edd walk in with a glass of water.
"Morning, y/n" he says. "You were too drunk to drive home, so I took you home with me and the others. I didn't want you to be uncomfortable so I brought you in here and slept on the couch." Edd said, clearing up any confusion.
You nod and think about the night. You shake it off as Edd hands you the glass of water. You take it slowly and drink it. You groan and put your hand on your head. You genuinely couldn't ever understand how Tom drinks so much. You sigh and lean back.
"Need a midol?" Edd asks. You nod and close your eyes for a moment while Edd leaves to grab a midol. He comes back shortly after and hands a single pill to you. You take it and wash it down with water, finishing your water off.
"Thank you." You say with a small smile. "Ofcourse Y/n." Edd says. You climb out of his bed. "Here, I can leave if you want.." you say awkwardly. Edd shakes his head. "No, y/n, you're alright." He says.
You nod and fiddle with your hands as you climb back in the bed. "I called your work for you, I told them you were sick." Edd says. You nod and thank him. He sits beside you on the bed. "Do you want me to drive you home?" He asks. You shrug.
"You know, you talk a lot when you're drunk." Edd says. You freeze up slightly. "Do I..?" You ask nervously. He nods. "Especially about Tord." He says. Your heart stops, you've never told them about the incident, the only person who knows is your therapist.
And that guy.
Why did you tell him? You had just met him, and you told him something not even your best friends know.
Your thoughts are interrupted by Edd speaking again.
"Did.. did Tord really do that?" He asks, placing his hand beside yours. You look away and nod. Edd takes your hand and rubs it with his thumb gently. "I'm sorry, y/n." He says, trying his best to comfort you. You shrug and lean your head back.
"It's fine Edd, it isn't your fault.' You say as you look back over at him. He nods and hugs you. You both sit in silence for awhile. You break the hug after awhile and look away.
"We should probably get something to eat.." you say quietly. Edd nods. You check the time, 12:49pm. You hadn't realized you had slept in so long.
"So, what do you want for lunch?" Edd asks. You shrug. "Hmm.. I know this place we could go out to eat at." Edd says. You shrug. "I don't know, I'm hungover as hell right now.." you say as you lay back down.
"I can make you a sandwich?" Edd offers. You nod and close your eyes. Edd stands up and walks out. You end up falling back asleep.
When Edd walks back in, he smiles and places the plate down on his dresser. He walks over to you and covers you up with a blanket before walking back out.
