You wake up at Edd's house at around 7:30. You look around and see Edd talking to Matt and Tom. He looks at you. "Oh, Morning y/n!" He says. You wave as you sit up. "Mhm.. yeah.. morning.." you say.
"I got tickets to this fair that's in town for the weekend!" He says with a smile. You yawn as you stretch. "Cool, what time are we leaving..?" You say quietly. Edd looks at the clock. "Hm, about 8:30, maybe nine" he says.
You nod and stand up. You grab a change of clothes and walk to the bathroom. You start the water and place your clothes on the counter. You undress and step into the shower.
You wash your hair and body because we don't stink around here. You step out of the shower when you're done and dry your hair and body with a towel. You dress and look in the mirror, checking yourself out before you exit the bathroom.
Once you leave the bathroom, it's around 8:52. Edd and the others are waiting on you, whoops?
Once you get to the fair, you all basically split up. You and Edd stay together and walk around.
You and Edd look around at the rides and food. You decide to eat and get on some rides. By the time you're mainly done, it's around 7PM.
While looking around, you see the girl from a few days ago, Niya. You walk over to her and wave. "Niya!" You say. She looks over at you and waves back. "Hello! Y/n was it?" She asks. You nod as you step Infront of her.
Her daughter Vienna is playing a carnival game while you two chat. When Vienna finishes her game, she looks over at the two of you. She runs over with a smile. "Hii!" Vienna says.
"Hello Vienna" you say. You look around and notice Edd's gone. "Sorry, I've gotta find Edd" you say. Niya grins and looks back at you. "Do you like like Eddddd?" She asks. You quickly shake your head. "No no! Nothing like that..-!" You say. She grins as you get defensive, but doesn't say anything about it.
You quickly walk off and look for Edd. You eventually find him. "Edd!" You call out. He looks at you and smiles. "Y/n!" He says back. You hug him and look around. "Have you found the others yet?" You ask. He shakes his head. "Nah, but they'll turn up." He says.
You hug him for a few seconds and then realize you might've been hugging him for a bit to long. You pull away and laugh awkwardly. "Wanna go on the Ferris wheel?" He asks. "The sun's setting so the lights will look really nice soon." He adds.
You nod and look around for which direction it's in. You find it and walk towards its direction. Once you get there, you get in line. When it's your turn to get on, you and Edd sit down and wait for the ride to start. Once it's your turn, you sit down beside Edd on the ride.
The two of you awkwardly sit together as the Ferris wheel begins rising. You look at the sunset and then back at Edd. As the wheel hits the top, you notice that your hand is on his and you pull it away and awkwardly laugh.
Edd looks at you and smiles softly. He looks like he's going to say something, but he doesn't. You lean your head on his shoulder slightly and scoot closer.
The Ferris wheel soon begins going down and you wait. As you're getting off, you get a call from Tom. You answer and put it on speaker. "Hey Tom, what's up?" You ask.
"Hey guyssss.." Tom slurs out.
Oh god.
"What did you do." Edd asks. There's a pause and then you hear Matt take the phone. "Tom got kicked out, we're in the parking lot." He says.
You sigh and meet up with them in the parking lot. "Tom, what did you do?" Edd asks. "That's a good questionn.." Tom replies. "Tom, are you drunk?" You ask.
"Yeahhh.." Tom slurs out. You sigh as you all begin getting in the car. Once you get home, Tom falls asleep on the couch and Edd started cooking something to eat.
You thought about how Edd was acting on the Ferris wheel. You wanted to ask him about it, but didn't want to jump to conclusions.
