"Look their contract is about to expire, pull up a new one and hold off on it. Let's make them sweat a bit, I'll draw up new contract and send it to you, talk later" Meagan says on the phone as she walked into lucious's house.
She walked into the dining room seeing her brothers seated in front of presents. "What's all this?" Meagan question confused looking at the table.
"Don't know, we just have to wait on dad" Jamal answered, so Meagan took a seat beside Hakeem with the present that had her name on it.
Soon enough Lucious walked in and looked at his children, "yesterday, a miracle happened. My doctor told me I don't have ALS. I was misdiagnosed. What I got is Serious, but it's not fatal" Lucious announced happily.
"Holy shit" Meagan whispered to herself, "you're not dying?" Andre questioned shocked.
"I've been given a second chance at life" Lucious says as he walked to the head of the table.
"God, dad, that's amazing" Jamal says happily.
"Yeah, it's a miracle, son. I mean, I woke up this morning... so conscious of all the harm I've done to each and every one of y'all. I'm not asking y'all to forgive me. Just open up the gifts" Lucious advise them.
"I don't want anything from you" Hakeem told him still pisst off about Camilla.
"Well I never say no to a gift" Meagan said and open her's immediately, only to see a contract and a golden microphone.
"I promised you that when you turned 18 that you would have full access to your shares in Empire. That right there is it, once signed you are officially a board member. The microphone is a symbol of me never interfering with the type of music that you do from now on" Lucious explains to him.
"Woah, ah, um, thanks dad" Meagan said shocked with a force smile on her face.
"Please open it" lucious says to Hakeem, he hesitantly open his gift and pull out golden wings.
"Those wings... they are an emblem of Empire's jet fleet. I should've never tried control you. That was wrong. And I'm sorry about Camilla" lucious apologize which caused Meagan to roll her eyes.
"So when your album drops, you'll have your own jet to tour anywhere you want. And don't let me or anybody else ever try and control you again" Lucious advised.
Next was Andre who open his gift and pulled out a golden cross with a lion on it.
"That's the lion of Judah, because you knew exactly what I was doing when I tried to take Michelle. I was just trying to break your faith, like it had been done to me. And that was wrong. So when the IPO closes on Friday, I'm going to announce the start of the Lyon Foundation and you're going to have $100,000,000 at your disposal" Lucious advised Andre.
