"Listen up!" Richard Webber yelled getting everyone's attention.

We have a special case coming in, car crash" he told the doctors and nurses around.

"What so special about a crash?" Christina Yang interrupted him, "the person in the crash is Meagan Lyon" Richard Webber answered.

This caused a wave of excitement among the doctors and nurses, "heard she's a class A bitch" Izzy whispered to the Meredith and Christina.

"There are going to be a lot of paparazzi and fans trying to get in to see her. They'll pretend to be family or close friends, the security team alone can't handle so much people. It is up to us to ensure that no unauthorize person is where they're not supposed to be. Ensure you have your badges on you at all times to it doesn't get stolen for them to gain access. Ambulances are five minutes out get ready" he told them and walked off.

"Saving her life and she might give me half of her money to do whatever I want" Alex bragged smirking.

"Or she might kill you after you save her. Girls like her are spoil daddy's girls who only care about themselves and are total bitches" Izzy told him rolling her eyes.

"Sound like you have an issue with her" Meredith commented, "I know girls like her, I would bet all of my money that she was either drunk or high while driving" Izzy information her shaking her head.

Soon enough they heard sirens of the ambulance, they all ran outside to meet the EMT.

The EMT jump out of the back of the ambulance, "Meagan Lyon, 18, unconscious, dislocated shoulder, bruises to the legs, arms and head" the EMT reported immediately.

The second ambulance pulled up, "Jessie Raymond Junior, 19, minor cuts and bruises to the arms and legs" the second EMT reported as well.

The third ambulance pulled up, "DOA, Kent County, just need someone to pronounce him" the third EMT reported shaking his head.

"Poor man, the bitch killed him" Izzy whispered to Christina who simple rolled her eyes just wanting to get in on the Meagan Lyon case.

She heard the Meagan loves giving away money, if she saves her life then she could get her own research center and be the number one cardiologist in the world.

"Meagan! Meagan!" Yells could be heard, the paparazzi had arrived snapping photos already as Meagan is being transferred from the ambulance to be rushed off into the hospital.

Once inside Meagan was shipped off to the ER, "page Dr. Shepherd and page Dr. Torez" Christina say to her interns.

"Is that neuro and ortho?" Lexi Grey questioned curiously, Christina shaked her head and rolled her eyes.

"Someone page Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Torez!" Christina yelled loudly and with urgency.

"Dr. Bailey, I want you on this cause" Richard Webber announced loudly as he saw the new residents fight over who would get Meagan Lyon case.

"I'll work with Dr. Bailey!" Christina yelled out offering her services before the other residents could.

Richard nods at her agreement then walked away, Christina cheer quietly.

"Let's get an CT scan done immediately" Dr. Bailey to Christina.

"Hmm hmm" Dr. Bailey heard as she was the closest to Meagan as she was checking her heartbeat.

"Meagan, honey, can you hear me?" Dr. Bailey questioned immediately, as she see the girl's eye flutter open.

She sees Meagan's mouth move but couldn't hear her due to the other talking doctors in the room.
