CHAPTER 14

Lorenzo POV

I was still playing the game and enjoyed it, I was very stressed the last few weeks and this game made me feel alive again. I had 45 points and if I get to 50, I win.

"Lorenzo" Rocco says through the earpiece and I responded with a hum.

"Where's Dani?" He asked, as I just realized Danica's not with me, so much for enjoying the game I forgot about her.

"Fuck!" I cussed and immediately ordered Dario and Rocco to find her and excused myself to talk privately to Leo to search his house to look for Danica, and he agreed. He also commanded some of his men to look for her. We looked everywhere, but she was nowhere to be found the party was still on and we we're running out of time.

"Any luck?" Leo asked and I sighed in disappointment. I promised them to protect her but I failed, damn it!

"Wait" I said and Dario, Rocco and Leo raised a eyebrow.

"What is it?" Dario asked.

"I think I know how to find her" I responded.

Danica POV

I was awaken by a loud bang coming from outside.

"Fuck, my head hurts, someone must've hit me in the head with a pan or something." I said in pain. as I just realized my hands and feet was tied. I can't move.

I looked around to see where I am but I realized I was in a freaking freezer, it's very cold and I think I've been here for too long that I can't even move. I was shivering and scared at the same time. What happened to me? Why is this happening? It was too cold and I couldn't handle it. My eyes closed and I didn't care what was happening anymore. I heard the freezer door open but I didn't care. I remained sitting, not moving and inch.

"Fuck, Dani wake up!" Lorenzo exclaimed at me, trying to get my attention. But I was too weak to respond so I just hum instead.

"Good, stay with me, we're getting out of here" he says in a worried tone. He quickly picked me up and rushed out of the big freezer, and Dario closed the door.

"How did you fucking get in there!?" He shouted in rage as he put me down.

"T-They did it..." I say while stuttering, and all of there expressions change, Leo was also there.

"What did you do!?" He shouted at Leo, grabbing him by the collar.

"I didn't do anything!" He shouted back, trying to get out of Lorenzo's grip. I know Leo didn't do this and I'm sure of it.

"I-Its not him, T-There was two of them.." I say in a low tone. Dario turned to me, kneeling down.

"Who?" He asked sternly, putting his hand in my shoulders. As Rocco hugged me to get warm.

"Don't drink the wines" I said trying to stand up.

"What do you mean?" Leo asked to me and I told them what exactly happened and there expressions change to worried into rage. I could see Lorenzo's veins popping out.

"We need to stop them." Rocco says with a stern tone. Lorenzo ordered the three of them to get to the lobby as soon as possible to stop the guest from drinking those wines. While Lorenzo stayed with me.
