CHAPTER 5

Danica POV.

I woke up to hear a loud knock coming from my door. I sat, rubbing the sleep off my eyes. "Who is it?" I asked tiredly.

"It's just your personal maid, miss" she responds. Personal maid? How did I get a personal maid? Maybe mom and dad hired her. They always think that I can't do everything myself. Well, I can't.

"Come in, the doors open" I said yawning. Yep the door was not locked because I forgot to. I slept at 2 am at 2 freaking a.m. I was actually reading a book called "loving you for eternity" It was a good book actually and I finished reading it. That's why I slept at 2 in the morning. It was worth it and only readers could understand me.  Anyway the maid opened the door and entered the room.

"Good morning, miss" she says sweetly. Sending me a warm smile.

"Good morning too, uhm?" I said in a questionable tone. God I don't know her name, this is awkward. What should I call her? Maid? Girl? That's stupid.

"Elena, Elena Vinci" she says with an elegant voice. I smiled back and nodded. We just met but I like her already. She's nice.

"May I asked, did mom and dad hired you?" I genuinely asked. As I stood up. Raising an eyebrow.

"Actually Lord L hired me for you" she chuckled. Lord L? Lorenzo hired her? why would he hire a maid for me? Does he think that I can't do things myself. Well, again I can't.

"You should prepare miss, you'll be having breakfast with Lord Lorenzo" she said. This is going to be an awkward breakfast.

As I made my way to the dining room, thanks to Elena I already know where's the dining room. I saw Lorenzo at the hallway looking at his family portrait with him, Loren and his dad. He was crossing his arms.

"Lorenzo?" I asked in questionable tone. Raising an eyebrow. He looked at my direct with a confused face. "Do I know you?" He replied with a soft tone. Wow when did he get soft.

"Oh please, don't play dumb on me" I said rolling my eyes. He didn't respond. Oh I know what he's doing he's trying to make me feel guilty for yesterday. What an asshole.

"I know you're trying to make me feel guilty right know, well I'm sorry for calling you an asshole yesterday. You are one after all" I sass back at him. And he chuckled. What is wrong with him?

"Just proceed to the dining room" he chuckled. He's being weird and I don't like it.

I made my way to the dining room. I entered and saw Dario, Rocco and Lorenzo. They looked at me like I was from another planet. While Lorenzo gave me a death glare.

"Your late" he says coldly. Here he goes again.

"What do you mean late? You've been pretending that you don't know me this morning" I sass back. This is very unfair. He looked at me with confusion. While I put may hands in my waist. Dario ang Rocco looked at him.

"What do you mean? Lorenzo had been with us all along" Dario defended. Of course he would defend him, his the boss. Then someone came in the door. It was Lorenzo?

"I think you've mistaken me for being Lorenzo" he said with a smirk at me. I looked back and forth to the both of them.

"Am I Hallucinating right now? cause I'm seeing two Lorenzos. I think I'm having a nightmare." I replied with an annoyed tone. If there playing games with me, it's not funny. I look like a fool here.
