Chapter 9

I had managed to avoid Nick for the most part that is until my birthday.
I wake up to ice cold water being poured over me, I wake up coughing and gasping for air, I look up and see Nick and Jake laughing, "she's all yours man" Jake laughed running off, "Jake, I'm gonna kill you!" I scream out as the door closes, Nick leans forward towards me, I get nervous but I don't move wanting him to just kiss me, "happy birthday Lillypad" he whispers in my ear, kisses my cheek and pours whip cream all over my head, I gasp, some of it falls on my face, "I'm gonna kill you" I yell getting up and tackling him, he yells out and I grab the whip cream off of me and put it all over his face, "that's what you get!" I yell in his face, he laughs placing one hand on my ass, I heard the door open and in walks Haiden, I get up frustrated, "what the hell happened here?" Haiden asks looking from me to Nick, "ask him and Jake" I said and stormed off into my bathroom, I heard them talking outside the bathroom, "shut up!" I yell at them, I turn the shower on and end up showering for like an hour and a half, after showering I get out wrapping a towel around my body, I walk out to see my bed changed to dry sheets and blankets, helium balloons all over my room saying happy birthday, and gifts sitting on my bed, I walk over to it and see it's from my parents since they couldn't be here, I smile, I walk over to my bureau and pull out clothes for the day, I set them on my bed suddenly Nick walks in through his room, "hey! Towel!" I exclaim, "nothing I haven't seen babe" he winks, I slap his chest making him laugh, "seriously I'm about to get dressed" I said watching him walk over my door, he locks it, "what are you doing?" I ask, "Lilly, I miss you" he said walking over to me, I backed into a wall, "Nick, I'm with Haiden" I said feeling myself beat up and become wet just by him standing in extremely close proximity, "right Haiden, Lilly he's cheating on you" he said, "what are you talking about?" I ask, "I promised Jake I wouldn't do this today, cause it's your birthday, but we saw him making out with a girl last night at the club that students go to" he said, I felt anger boiling in my blood, "I need to go" I said pushing past him and got dressed not caring that he was staring at me the whole time

I slipped on my uggs and stormed over to Haiden room, I pushed it open to see a girl on top of him, he pushes her off, "Lilly! It's not what you think!" He exclaims, "sure, ok, just like you weren't with her or some other girl at the club last night right?" I said angrily, "Lilly-" "save it Haiden, now I'm so fucking glad that I kissed Nick on Monday" I said, "what? You kissed who?" He said getting mad, "no you don't get to get mad, I bet you've done a lot more than kiss someone once, Haiden, we're done! Understand me? Done!" I yelled and than pushed him and stormed out, I go into my room and sit on my bed hugging my knees, Kayla walks in, as a few tears rolled down my cheeks, "I heard" she said climbing into my bed and hugging me, "I kissed Nick on Monday" I sniffled and wipes the tears, "he told me, Jake knows too" she said, "how was the sex?" She whispered, making me laugh, Jake sits at the end of my bed and Nick cuddled up beside me and puts his arm around me, "forget about him, he's worst than Nick" Jake said, making Nick glare at him, "come on you can't stay in bed we got things planned" Jake said, Kayla and him stood up, "we'll meet you there I'll get her out of her sweats" Nick said, Jake glared at him, "not like that!" Nick yelled throwing a pillow at him, making me and Kayla laugh, they leave, "I'm sorry for telling you today Lilly, but come on we'll have fun today I promise" he said and stood up taking my hand, I sigh taking it and standing up.
