You were washing dishes when, to your shock, your husband Wyatt came stumbling through the front door of your guys apartment. You were skeptical at first that he might've been buzzed, but the whiskey smell he gave off let you know your thoughts were right. You looked at him, hand on your hip. He gave you a tipsy grin.

"You were drinking and driving?" You said, not only disappointment, but slight annoyance filling your voice. "Wyatt, every time you do that you play with your life!" You didn't shout loudly, but you made it known you were upset. He seemed to brush it off, attempting to walk to the room. "Why were you drinking?" You asked, stopping him in his tracks.

"I stopped to pick up a beer and got carried away; drank my stress off there in the parking lot." He told you, no guilt in his voice. You were in utter shock at how reckless he was. He could've died. You wanted to make that known to him so maybe he could get it in his head.

"You could've crashed, Wyatt, and I would've got that call, and I wouldn't be able to sleep and-" You began to panic at the thought even though he was safe at home right in front of you, Wyatt coming and putting his hands on your shoulders and looking into your eyes.

"If it makes ya happy, I won't drink anymore." He calmly told you, moving his hands from your shoulders to your hips. You didn't question it and just sighed.

"It's not that I don't want you to drink, Wyatt," You began to explain, him feeling warm inside as his eyes moved from your eyes to your lips, then back to your eyes again. "I just don't want you to risk your life by drinking and then driving home." He pushed your hair behind your ear.

"You're gorgeous, ya know that?" He was calmer than normal, and his comment made you smile. You had to admit, him becoming more of a soft sweetheart than a confident tough guy when he was drunk was honestly cute. But you shook it off.

"That's besides the point." You tried to change the subject back to what you were talking about before, but he leaned in before you could continue. He left a sweet kiss on your lips before taking your hands and dancing slowly. You matched his energy and began to slow dance as well. You rested your head on his chest before sighing. "I just don't want to lose you, that's why I am the way I am about everything you do."

"I know baby, why don't we just forget about that though. Let's dance this night away," He told you, you nodding. "And I won't drink and drive anymore."
