"This cake is due for Larry's birthday tonight!" Brandon panicked, pacing around the room. You tried to get your boyfriend to settle down, but to no avail; he wouldn't stop getting anxious about how close the due date was. On top of that he didn't know how to bake.

"I KNOW HOW TO BAKE!" You yelled out, Brandon stopping and looking at you. He put his hands on your shoulders and shook you gently.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING?!" He asked loudly as he removed his hands from your shoulders and put them at his side barely.

"BECAUSE YOU WERE BUSY PANICKING!" You shouted back, beginning to feel the tension of anxiety in the air. "Look, if we're gonna get this cake done, we should start now!"

The two of you began whisking up the ingredients to the best of your ability. You couldn't help but be playful, throwing some powder on his nose and making him complain. You giggled, not knowing that Brandon was about to throw powdered sugar on you too. You were too late to stop him, soon you were both laughing and covered in ingredients.

"What is going on in here?!" The voice that boomed was none other then Larry. You and Brandon stopped, slightly blushing from shame, and then a bit embarrassed.

"Larry," You two muttered in sync.

"I leave you two lovers for TEN MINUTES and I come back to a powder sugar meltdown mess?!" Larry yelled out, grabbing a mop and bucket. "You two need to clean this up, what in the WORLD were you even doing?!"

"We-" You paused, looking to Brandon for help. He just shrugged a little, looking equally concerned as you. "We were making a cake." Brandon facepalmed inwardly and you could tell, even if it was on the inside and you couldn't see it outwardly.

"Why were you-" Larry stopped in realization. "You guys are the best! You were making me a cake for my birthday?!" He gave you both a hug, and Brandon tensed up more. He didn't like hugs, only from you. "But now you have to clean this all up, and get Rhett's help! He knows how to make a cake better than you two combined."

"Wow, thanks Larry," Brandon uttered, taking the bucket to fill up the mop water. You followed. "It was worth a shot." Brandon told you, you nodded. "I'm glad I had fun," You put a nonchalant hand on his shoulder as he watched the water rise.

"I'm glad you had fun too! You need some action," You commented, earning his small smile you only seen every once and a while. You planted a kiss on his cheek, making him blush. "I love you, Brandon."

"I love you too, (Y/n)."
