This is the truth of the verse

Out of the mouths of dead men,

are found the greatest legends,

taken to die in perpetuity ,

along with the beholders that once possessed them.

Is this not the most unfortunate fate,

any tale of any sort can face,

that it's true glory of prose and poem alike could only be known,

if the living were not forbidden from the land of the dead?

Alas,

the valor of Men and the vanity of women,

are kept alive by the song of the bard,

by the rumors of the servant,

by the chant of the warrior,

all who dare look up to the heavens,

and invoke the fate of those who came before them.

There,

in the gentle melody of the night,

sung by the moon and stars themselves,

is forged the stories,

to be told to all of Mankind,

and all else which dwells among men.
