"After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music."

Bidai was an emotional affair. Padma & Shashank were ready to see their daughter build her own family, but seeing her go was a ride of tears. Ridhima was no less; she was crying like anything. She hadn't been staying with her parents for 3 years, and even then, leaving her family was getting difficult for her. She knows even now she would talk to them daily as she did for 3 years, so why was it feeling like things changed? Maybe due to the Indian mentality about family changes after marriage.

From childhood, kids are grown up hearing that the girl's house she grew up in is left behind once she gets married. Then her home is where her husband is. It's partially true. Today, the girls are not leaving their home behind; in today's time, they are just extending their family.

It was yesterday that the girl had no choice but to depend on their husband's will to communicate or visit her family. However, with changing times, girls are balancing their lives in both places which she called home once and will call home from now on. Not just the homes, but also they are managing their personal and professional life very beautifully.

But anyway, the deep-rooted feeling is considered the fair emotional. Shashank made Ridhima sit in the car, wiping her tears one last time. He closed the door after adjusting her lehenga. Armaan, who was standing right there, touched Shashank's feet, seeking his blessing. "Don't worry Papa, I promise to do everything in my power to keep her happy." Shashank nodded his head, approving his sentiment, before pulling him into a hug.

Padma, who was standing just behind Shashank, caressed Armaan's face as he approached her. "I wish all the happiness to both of you," Armaan hugged her as well before moving to sit in the car to leave for the new journey of their life.

The car journey was nothing but filled with silence. Armaan didn't want to disturb Ridhima. She was a bit on edge right now, leaving her family, her house, just like that. Definitely, such big sacrifices girls are expected to make in the snap of a finger.

Armaan asked the driver to play the songs he fed in the pen drive he gave him earlier in the day.

Jaadui | Tu Jhooti Mein Makkar | Song

Kahaani Ki Meri Saathiya

Hai Zubaan Tu Hi

Kahaani Ki Meri Saathiya

Hai Zubaan Tu Hi

Khwaabon Se Bhi Haseen

Jo Lage Woh Subah Tu Hi

Hai Meri Bandagi Mein Koyi

Toh Dua Tu Hi

Ke Tujhse Hi

Jaadui Jaadui Jaadui Jaadui

Jaadui Lage Yeh Zindagi..............

Rozaana | Naam Shabana | Song

Tere hathon ki taraf

Mere hathon ka safar

Rozana, rozana..

Teri aankhon se kahe

Kuch toh meri nazar

Rozana, rozana..

Rozana main sochun yehi

Kahan aaj kal main hoon lapata

Tujhe dekh toh hansne lage

Mere dard bhi kyun khamakhan

Hawaon ki tarah

I Will Hold You.... Little LongerWhere stories live. Discover now
