Adam said," I'm not going to let anything happen to you. I'll keep you safe, Alaina. I promise. The FD is going to get us out soon. I believe in the Chicago Fire Department. They will come for us.
Alaina said," I just hope you are right, Adam. I am scared of the dark, Adam. I am panicking.
Adam said," Me too. I'll always be here for you. I'm going to give you a hug and I love you, babe.
Alaina smiles and says," I love you too, babe. Adam gives her a hug and she calms down.
Much to their relief, They saw Kelley Severide up on top of the Elevator with a ladder for them.
Kelly calmy said," Alaina Atwater and Adam Ruzek , please climb up the ladder for me.
Adam said," Ladies first, Alaina. Alaina nods and begins to climb up the Ladder and is helped out by Joe Cruz and Kelly Severide and then Adam Climbed the ladder and is helped by Joe and Kelly.
With Jay Halstead and Hailey Upton
Jay was holding Hailey in his arms, and she was sibbing unconsolably in his arms.

Much to their relief, They saw Matthew Casey and Peter Mills up on top of the Elevator with a ladder for them.
Matthew calmy said," Hailey Upton and Jay Halstead, please climb up the ladder for me.
Jay said," Ladies first, Hailey. Hailey nods and begins to climb up the Ladder and is helped out by Matthew Casey and Peter Mills and then Jay climbed the ladder and is helped by Matt and Peter.
With Kevin Burgess and Kevin Atwater

Kevin said," ladies first, Kim. Kim nods and begins to climb up the Ladder and is helped out by Otis and Christopher Herrmann and then Kevin climbed the ladder and is helped by Otis and Christopher Herrmann.
The Elevators are fixed and everyone heads to see their loved ones without getting stuck.
With Alaina Atwater and Adam Ruzek
Adam walked behind Alaina and she knocked on the door and she heard," come in and opened the door and once Mary saw who was walking in, she waved Adam over and hugged her nephew.
Adam hugged her back and asked," Hi, Aunt Mary, How are you doing? I missed you so much.
Mary released the hug and said," I am doing well, Adam. How are you? I heard what happened.
Adam said," I am great, Aunt Mary. How are my babies cousins doing? I am excited to meet them.
Mary said," Your baby cousins are doing great and I am sure they are excited to meet you as well.
Alaina headed back to work and continued doing her job, which was to treat Patients. Mary said," who's the young lady you are dating, Adam? Adam quietly said," it's Alaina, Auntie.
With Kim Burgess and Kevin Atwater
Kim walked behind Dr. Ethan Choi and he knocked on the door he heard," come in and opened the door and once Patricia saw who was walking in, she waved Kim over and hugged her daugther. Ethan returned back to work and continued doing his job, which was to treat Patients.
Kim hugged her mom back and asked," How are you doing, Mom? I heard you had a Seizure.
Patricia said," I am feeling much better. don't worry about me, sweetheart. who's the young man behind you, dear? invite him in and introduce him to me, please, Kim?
Kim hesitantly said," sure, Mom I'll invite him in and introduce him to you. Kevin, babe, come in.

With Hailey Upton and Jay Halstead
They met Dr. Natalie Manning who was Hailey's dad, John's Doctor and she walked ahead of front Hailey and Jay was walking behind Hailey and she knocked on the door and she heard," come in and opened the door and once John saw who was there, he waved Hailey over and he hugged his daugther.
Hailey hugged her dad back and asked," how are you, Dad? Doctor said you had a heart attack.
John said," I am feeling better, Darling. I have heart surgery tomorrow morning. who's the he young man behind you, dear? invite him in and introduce him to me, please, Hailey?
