I had lost a lot of my memory because if the fire. Now that they had been staring at me for a while, a memory came back to me. A bad one. The memory of my early life. When I first started to learn about music. I remembered that when I was trying to play an instument for the first time, a kid came up to me. And said:
"Whatcha doin?" I replied:
"I can't figure out how to play this note, can ya help me?"
The kid slapped me across the face. And said:
"Learn it yourself...."
And walked away. For the rest of the day I had a bruise on my cheek and a red handmark.
"Eveilyna...... Eveilyna...."
I heard my name. I opened my eyes. CC and Raven were both looking at me. I tilted my head in confusion.
"What happened?" I stared at CC like Andy did when he was in shock after he fell of the platform.
Now it was night. I opened my eyes only to see CC lying there next to me. I wondered why he was there. I got up, and went to the kitchen. I stared out the window. At the night sky. It was about sunrise as I saw the rain coming down as if it were a waterfall. I saw a flash of lightening, then a crack. It startled the shit outta me. I jumped backwards. Only to trip over a combat boot. Right as I was falling, Jake caught me.
"Good morning...."
"Hi.... thanks for catchin me...."
"No problem.... hey wanna get somethin to eat?"
"Sure...."
CC's POV

I reached over to see if Eveilyna was still there. Cuz I didn't want to leave her alone when she was beat up like that, not to mention when she was knocked out. I felt nothing. I shot up and looked around. Still, no Eveilyna. I raced to the kitchen only to find Jake and Eveilyna standing there talking. She looked at me, smiled, and came my direction. She looked at me with those beautiful, blue grey eyes of hers. There was a flash of lightning. Her eyes seemed to glow with the flash of light. She put her arms around my shoulders and said:
"Good morning...."
It looked like she wanted to kiss me. She looked at me in a way that made me wanna hug her. It made me want to claim her as mine.... I wonder if she'll let me be hers....
