Chapter 16 We Tried Our Best

After we got back on the tour bus from visiting Eve's old friend, we just were hanging out till we all eventually crashed. Eve hit the snooze button while laying on me on the couch while we watched a little bit of batman with Andy. Its been a rough day for her, but I wanna try and make it better when she wakes up. I'll try to make her day when she awakens. With her head on my lap and her hand holding mine, she stayed there awhile, trying to find comfort from the bad things in life.

An Hour or so Later...

I decided it was about time to wake her up. It was about 10:30 when he got back from the hospital and I wanted to wake her up about 11:30.

"Eve, Eve..." I said calmly.

"Hmm?" She replied.

"Its time to wake up. Its 11:32, and we need to get some lunch. Especially you cuz you need some meat on dem bones." I said holding her arm.

"Huh? Its about lunchtime?" She asked.

"Yup, and you need to eat more. You're mostly skin and bone according to what you feel like."

"I was born that way CC, I have a fast metabolism and I eat a lot of candy but barely gain weight. Its natural for my body to be boney and I have nothing to do with it." She replied.

"As long as its natural and you're not starving yourself." I answered.

Eve got up and off me, she walked over to the kitchen and got some cereal to eat. She walked back over and sat next to me, sharing her cereal with me. We ate it and relaxed for the afternoon before going to a beach carnival.

Eve's POV

I walked along the path beside CC. He gazed into my eyes like he wanted something.

"Wanna go there?" He said, pointing to a ride.

"Sure..." I said, following him.

We got on the ride, but got stuck....
