There are white bodybags covered in blood all over the place. In a movie, she witnessed a gory bodybag. For weeks, it gave her nightmares. She now encounters dozens of bodybags in real life. Meave looks at them for a long time, seconds seeming to stretch into hours. Her terror grows.
She was terrified of death. She has always been terrified of dying or losing someone she cares about. Animals or dead people? Those things just scare her. Meave's mother always said that dead people they are asleep but never wake up. But the thought of dead human or animal made her sick.
She had to walk past the bodybags with dead people inside to get to the entrance. She pauses for a moment before going to the entrance. She becomes more terrified with each step she makes. But first, she must locate her parents. She begins to shiver as she approaches the door.
She then carefully opens the door. Then she notices dozens of dead bodies on the ground. Some appear to have been shot, while others appear to have been... eaten? She is scared of walking any further, but she must. She needs to find her parents. Will they be okay? She thinks to herself.
Everywhere she looks, there are dead bodies covered in blood. She began to feel nauseated at the sight. She refuses to go any further because she is terrified. Then she notices room 32, her father's room. She opens the door after stepping over a few bodies.
That's when she noticed her parents hugging each other in the hospital bed. Meave was overjoyed to see them. She shouts "mum! dad!" and dashes over to them. However, they do not awaken. Meave takes a closer look and sees they were both shot in the head. "Get up! Get up! "Please don't leave me," Meave pleaded, crying. As she slips into bed with them and chooses to stay for a while. She was so exhausted that she dozed off in her parents' arms.
She is having dinner with her family in her dream. They're eating fries with ketchup, her favorite food. They're having a good time and discussing how their day went. Suddenly their parents transform into the terrifying creatures who attacked Meave. Meave jumps from her chair and rushes over to her little sister Chloe. Sam, her oldest brother, attempts to shield his younger siblings. Then they all run outside. That's when they notice all of those creatures roaming around. Meave immediately turns around. Her siblings disappeared her and she is entirely alone. Then everything becomes a blur.
