Escape Plan

Everyone has returned to the roof to come up with a plan. The sewer is out because it contains steel bars at the end. They discuss a few options until Rick comes up with an idea. To escape they must smell like the dead since the dead can smell the living. Then they can lure the walkers away.

Rick and Glenn are going, but they need someone to accompany them. Nobody wants to, so Meave volunteers. They weren't sure whether she could come at first, but because she  survived alone the entire time, it was okay.

Meave had to wear a fabric jacket, which would get covered in nasty walker insides. But first, they have walk outdoors to collect a dead walker. The walker is then dismembered by Rick with his axe. Meave had to turn away because it's extremely disgusting to look at.

"Now it's time to cover yourself in guts." Rick says. Andrea and T-Dog assists Meave in getting covered. She closes her eyes since she doesn't want to see all the blood and guts anymore. Meave hears Glenn is distressed. He makes alot of weird sounds, then a few seconds later he throws up. For a split second, Meave was terrified of the sounds from the puking. She didn't see it coming. And it made this moment more gross.

T-Dog receives the key to Merle's handcuffs from Rick. Then it's time to leave. They walk out the door, covered in guts, pretending to be walkers. And it works; the walkers are unaware of them, and the strategy is successful. Meave holds her breath whenever she sees a walker. She is afraid of them and yet she forces herself to go through it.

Then it starts raining, and the intestines wash of the coats. The walkers detect that they are still alive and proceed to follow them. They all run away as quickly as they can. 

However, there is a high fence at the direction where they are running. Rick tosses Meave over the fence before climbing it himself. Meave barely lands on her feet. Glenn follows Rick over the fence. Fortunately, the walkers can't get beyond the fence. They hastily remove their bloodied coats. They then board a tiny pickup vehicle.

Rick is driving, Glenn is in the passenger seat, and Meave is in the center. They flee as quickly as they can when the fence breaks down and the walkers pursue them. The ultimate goal is for Meave and Glenn to distract the walkers with noise so the others can escape but first they have to find a vehicle.

After a while they eventually come across to a red vehicle. Ricks smashes the window in and hotwires the car. Meave and Glenn sit in the car while the vehicle alarm is blaring in their ears. The sound really drives Meave crazy. Glenn is in the driver's seat, while Meave is in the passenger seat. 

They are traveling across the city together with high speed. "This is actually pretty fun, huh?" Glenn asks. "Yes!" exclaims Meave joyfully. Luckily she got used to the blaring sound. Glenn is driving as quickly as he can, and both he and Meave are having a good time.

Once on the highway Glenn was driving extremely fast. He reached atleast 160km/h They even catched up with Rick's vehicle. Both of them are having the time of their lifes. They talked about anything an everything during their short trip, once Meave warmed up. In the end they ended up becoming friends.
