Porchay didn't know how but when he woke up this morning, he found himself on the bed..except that the bed wasn't his. He could tell that from the dull color scheme, a stark contrast to his colorful pillows and bear patterned blanket.

Did he just sleep on Kim's bed?

The audacity.

Porchay looked around nervously, then breathed a sigh of relief when he found no sign of Kim.

Porchay headed downstairs for breakfast. By the time he had arrived at the dining table, he was the only one left. Porsche went out for his usual training with Pete and Big, Tankhun was at the spa, Kinn was with the minor family for a meeting and Kim was probably at the studio or at concert rehearsal.

Beep.

Porchay felt his phone vibrate on his table, indicating a message had just come in.

Porchay tapped the message open. From Kim, it read:

Dinner at 7. Big will pick you up at 6.

Instinctively, Porchay responded.

Family meeting?

Another message.

No.

Porchay raised his right brow. What else could it be if not for that?

It's as if Kim could read his mind because the next message arrived before Porchay could even ask.

Just dinner.

With squinted eyes, Porchay took a double look at the message then blinked a few times in clear disbelief. The 'just' was awfully glaring. It couldn't be. He was certain that Kim would never go out of his way to have dinner with him, unless it was for something important or if he was forced to. Also, isn't he super busy from rehearsals?

Despite the doubts surfacing in his head, Porchay couldn't help but feel a tingling sense of excitement in his tummy. It was after all, the first time Kim has initiated an out-of-contract dinner.

Just an hour before Porchay was scheduled to leave, Big told him that to wear the suit Kim had prepared.

Where is it? Porchay texted Big as he wandered around his room.

It's in the dark blue box in your drawer. Big had responded.

Porchay went looking for the suit as he was told, pondering when and how he could not have noticed that Kim had entered his room.

Porchay pulled the drawers open and indeed, laid in there was a velvet box with a gold ribbon tied around it. It looked expensive, and Porchay was careful to take it out. The box alone was probably worth more than his guitar.

Porchay took off the lid gently. In the box was a neatly folded mint green suit with a matching pink hue blouse. It was beautiful, and it felt so comfortable to the touch. Not to mention, the suit was in Porchay's favorite color which he reckons must be a coincidence because Kim could never know.

Anyway, Porchay gladly put on the suit as he was instructed, and got his hair done. Perhaps it was the suit, but Porchay was glowing, and even Pete who had just gotten back from training agreed.

"You look fantastic!" Pete exclaimed, as he spun Porchay around so he could get a better look.

"Pastel colors definitely look good on you."

"T-thanks, Phi." Porchay muttered shyly as he gnawed on his bottom lip, embarrassed.

"I'm assuming dinner with Khun Kim?" Pete guessed, to which Porchay nodded.
