The Lapins looked in front of the trio of friends, who were still in a battle position. Nami murmured Alabasta under her breath, Luffy smiling as he looked over at her. "Don't worry. You rest up. We'll be there shortly," the captain said at his navigator. "It's so funny seeing that she's not even worried about her own life," Sanji said with a smile and laugh. "Just hang in their Nami." Mirai had transformed as she said, "We have to get to my castle home or this trip will be all for nothing!"
One of the Lapins growled as it stepped forwards, the three in battle positions once again. "Here they come," Sanji said in a serious manner. "Right," Mirai said as she flared her claws out. Luffy was about to join in, but Sanji stopped him. Luffy looked up at Sanji as he said, "I don't want you fighting these things alright?" The rubber boy was confused, but Mirai spoke up: "Nami can feel every single move you make, and she's too sick to handle so much pressure!"
Luffy understood just in time as the Lapins began to charge at the three. "But...WHAT CAN I DO?!" Luffy screeched as he began to dodge the incoming Lapins. "Stay down! And dodge!" Mirai shouted as she and Sanji fought off the carnivorous rabbits with kicks, claws, and sometimes flames. "Also...don't retreat!" Sanji added as he and her took out a Lapin. "Um...that's a bit too hard!" Luffy screeched as the two attacked an incoming Lapin. It passed out...but the kick didn't do squat.
"Seems like with all of the snow, you can't get a proper kick in," Mirai told Sanji. "Y-You're right. Dang it," he moaned as Lapins began to surround the three. Soon, they all launched themselves at the three. "Head for the woods! We need to shake them off!" Mirai shouted. Following orders, Luffy and Sanji took off after Mirai, Luffy holding onto his hat as they ran. The Lapins began to chase the trio through the woods at fast speeds. "It would of taken us hours to fight and defeat all of these guys at once! We need to ditch them!" Mirai shouted.
The two turned left as they continued their head on towards the mountain. "For rabbits these things are tough! We're in so much trouble!" Sanji exclaimed as he, Luffy, and Mirai all looked ever which way at the many Lapins that surrounded them. Luffy wanted to attack, but the hybrid stopped him as she knocked one out cold. "Dude! Don't fight!" she exclaimed. The rubber boy apologized as they arrived at a huge cliff.
After realizing that they could get up there, Luffy lured a Lapin over to him, and he and Sanji jumped on it to land on the cliff as Mirai flew up to join them. "Woohoo! We did it!" she exclaimed happily. She could rest...but Luffy had to get the carnivorous rabbits angry to where the whole pack jumped up the cliff! "Dang it you had to taunt them did you?!" Sanji snarled as the trio continued to run. "Luffy you son of a gun!" Mirai snarled. They continued to run for their money, Lapins following behind.

From the village, Usopp and Vivi remained with Dalton, realizing how much stronger the snow had gotten. Dalton soon began to ask who they were, which surprised the two. "Wait. Why ask that?" Usopp asked. "You see, there's only seven of you and yet it can get reckless to travel through the Grand Line without a doctor. I understand that you have our Winter Dragon as a doctor's assistant, but she is not a full fledged doctor," the security leader explained to the two of them.
"Well...we're pirates. What do you expect?" Usopp started as he crossed his arms. "There isn't anything to worry about when the great warrior of the seas is one of your crewmembers." Dalton understood as Usopp continued, "In fact, we were actually hoping to find a doctor for our ship on this island, and then I happened to think about Mirai's mentor asides from her mistress Doctor Kureah. I didn't expect her to be a 'witch' living in a castle. Mirai, of all people, having her as a mother!"
Dalton sighed and said, "Yes. Even if it is weird that she is the only doctor we have and that Mirai is her adoptive daughter, it seems as if you guys aren't the pirates we always thought about."Then...the bad news came. It seemed as if Kureah was in another town according to someone else. It caused Usopp and Vivi to fall silent, realizing what was the case. "She's where?!" both Vivi and Usopp shouted. "You're telling me...THAT NAMI AND THE OTHERS PASSED HER?!" the slinger finally exclaimed. So much for a family reunion.
