Enemy's crossing boundaries

I walked upstairs leaving Kasimira as I sat upstairs waited on Maverick to appear tensed up so it didn't startle me.

He appeared beside me as he heard me call his name.

I looked at him worriedly, "I'm worried about Kasimira she's trying to cheer me up too much. Can you do something with her please?"

I begged with my average pleasing eyes that always got their way as Maverick gave in and disappeared.

Maverick appeared behind Kasimira, "You seem tense." Kasimira jumped and hit Maverick with her phone as she gasped regretting that she hit him and asked if he was okay than remembering he was immortal.

Kasimira asked what Maverick needed as he responded, "I think you need a break, Ever since Vincent died your putting everyone's problems onto your shoulders which isn't healthy." He Suggested as he whispered so Tierra didn't hear, "You need to let Tierra and others figure out their problems by themselves."

Kasimira agreed but didn't respond, he added, "how about we just go do something? I'll have Skylar check on Tierra once and awhile while me and you go do something to clear our heads?" He said offering knowing that she's probably not going to say yes when she surprised him by agreeing.

They ended up going out to eat than went to the mall Maverick figured that's where she'd feel more comfortable.

Them walking in the mall with Kasimira having Maverick carry all of the bags she bought that wasn't cheap.

Zayden appeared out of nowhere as Kasimira stopped at a store forcing maverick inside as Zayden followed.

Kasimira made Maverick try one funny outfits laughing about every outfit he tried on as zayden whispered in Kasimira's ear, "he looks fantastic maybe you should do this more often." he smiled as Kasimira pushed him away while she was smiling and laughing.

Maverick put the clothes away as they walked out with the bags and bags of stuff with Zayden behind them.

Skylar called them as Kasimira took the phone from Maverick's hands and answered the call.

Skylar Quaked Her Voice high and panicked, "y'all need to come home now. Hurry!!" Maverick interrupted, "What's going on?!" Kasimira Paced around the room, "I should have never left!" Her voice Stammered as she couldn't think straight, Zayden grabbed Kasimira forcing her to look at him trying to tell her that everything would be okay.

Skylar answered Maverick's question in a panic, "She just snapped and started to put lighter fluid on everything that represented Vincent
and is literally planning to burn the house down with us in it!!" Maverick trembling, "just hold her off, we'll be there as fast as we can." Kasimira hung up and panicked.

Maverick grabbed the keys as they raced downstairs and out the door as they speed walked to their car jumping in and Maverick was driving slower than old grandmothers as Kasimira yelled, "drive faster!!" She said than stepped on the pedal as we raced down the street pushing cars out of the way;
almost getting caught by police on the highway.

When they arrived she ran in so quickly as Maverick followed, Zayden waited outside and Maverick grabbed the lighter from Tierra, Kasimira got rid of the lighter fluid.

Tierra sobbed in Maverick's arms not letting go as she was not as healed which they thought she was,

she still misses him—

The tears in her eyes, her thoughts flowing through her, Maverick feeling such sympathy for her.

He's never seen a human with so much emotions as she does, she actually cares for people and is heartbroken without them.

He took her upstairs to her room as he locked the door behind them sitting on the bed letting her speak just observing and listening.

Kasimira and Skylar discussed taking her to therapy but she'd never agree to go not in the condition she's in right now, they decided to do it but behind her back so she couldn't say no.

Tierra just spoke her mind everything flowing but Maverick didn't mind, he sat there and listened to every word giving his best opinions.

She always loved his advice when he'd give them to her it always helped her through decisions.

He gave her a journal and asked her to write in it everyday to express her feelings and what she's up to and that only she'll be reading it.

She agreed and thanked him for the advice and hugged him tightly.

He smiled and hugged back as he slowly started to notice something in him changing and relying on Tierra for his happiness something that he can't get rid of or wish away that's something he must accept.
