The knife starts taking real effects on zayden as he started to sweat and his skin started to turn pale and slowly break apart into tiny pieces all in his bed as he tried to make as much time he has left to the fullest extent.
Kasimira sat by Zayden the whole time as Zayden actually had feelings for Kasimira but he just didn't show it and Kasimira didn't know.
Zayden coughs out more blood and his voice started to drift away as he stuttered to speak, "I always had a feeling for you Kasimira but I didn't know if you could've loved someone like me." Zayden saw a glamor in Kasimira's eyes as she struggled to put on a smile but replied, "What do you mean by that?" He looked at Kasimira and smiled weakly as he looked up at the ceiling when he started to see flashes of bright lights before him and he closed his eyes as a tear sheared down his face as he closed his eyes smiling, his body went completely pale and numb as Kasimira looked away from his body covering her mouth muffling the sobs that she let out.
Maverick ran in a few moments after then noticing Zayden laying down on the bed peacefully dead but fulfilled.
Kasimira looked at Maverick and remarked something that Zayden said, "He said that he liked me... How come I didn't notice?" Maverick sniffed looking down at his shoes and walked away and walking back in with a white sheet to cover that you'd use to cover a mattress before putting the rest on.
Zayden's body was starting to rot and smell terrible so someone had to dispose the body but Maverick refused to do it so Kasimira did, wrapping the sheet around Zayden's body and walking outside of the house and past Maverick sitting on the porch looking at his shoes when Tierra sat with him.
Maverick looked up at her passing by with his dead brothers body.
Maverick asked, "What are you going to do with the body?" She looked back at him and replied, "none of your concern" She hummed a basic soft rhythm that soothed Maverick's panicked self.
He felt more calmer and less anxious.
It was like something in him switched back on and it was something that he has been missing, something dear to him that he forgot about.
