18 days. Gojo Satoru has been sealed for 18 whole days. All Utahime did in the past 18 days was sitting in her room, and lived throughout her day pretending like nothing had happened
But deep down, she is totally wrecked to the bones. Sometimes she cried thinking about Gojo. All the time, she missed him, and cried even harder because there is nothing she can possibly do for him. She can't do anything for herself, even
Utahime throws herself into the bed. Gojo's bed. It has been her third day in Tokyo, and her second visit since Gojo was sealed. She doesn't really have anything to do here, only coming by to let go of the heavy longing she feels for Gojo. Staying in his space a few days helps, albeit a little
Utahime shoves her hand under the pillow and gets her phone out. She swipes into Gojo's inbox and scrolls up to read their old messages
The last message between them was on 31st October, right before Gojo arrived in Shibuya and it was him asking Utahime to go on a date the next day after Halloween as a post-mission celebration
In a way, Utahime knew he was plotting something — maybe a prank — so she quickly shoved it off and rejected to go out by telling him to focus on the task instead

When the night grew older, Utahime received notifications saying that the situation in Shibuya was concerning, and more sorceresses were expected to be dispatched as back-ups
Utahime stayed late that night, in case she would be called but there was none. She texted Gojo to ask, but no reply — she thought his mission wasn't over. She also personally reached out to Shoko, but also no reply. In the end, Utahime went to sleep and hoped everyone was safe, and the fact that she didn't get a call means they had the situation under control in a way. After all, Utahime trusted her comrades
But the next day when Utahime woke up, it was already too late. All she knew was Gojo had been wiped out of existence. She had no clue what to do, so she grabbed her phone and typed another message to Gojo
