Every now and then, Yuta-kun would accompany me to my missions. Whether it'd be in the country or overseas. He became lighthearted compared to when we first met. So that was a good sign.

He also met Megumi.

Since Megumi's gonna enrol in Jujutsu High, I thought it would be a great idea to let both of them meet.

~~Flashback~~

Yuta and Aiko just finished exorcising the troublesome curse.

"Neh, Yuta-kun. Since it's my fault we finished so late, how about I treat you to dinner?"

"Ah. Sure, Aiko-sensei!"

Ah~ The kid's happy.

=====

Yuta looked around and no restaurant or any establishment that would serve food were around. "Uh- Sorry to ask this but where are we going, sensei?"

"Hm? Oh! We're going to my place." Aiko smiled sweetly at Yuta but the boy just short-circuited.

Just following his teacher into a building, they entered an elevator. Walked out. Walked through the hallways and stopped by a door.

But before Aiko could hold the handle. "Oh before we get in,"

Yuta gulped.

"There are others living with me so I hope you don't mind." Aiko smiled again at Yuta who just shook his head. "Good."

"Ya-hoo~ Welcome back, Aiko-chan." Gojo showed up in the doorway right after they came in.

At that, Yuta's mind was already in a spiral.

"Gojo? What are you doing here?"

Gojo pouted. "Boo~ You're supposed to say 'I'm home, dear' with a smile."

Aiko walked past him, not bothered by his antics.

"Oh! Yuta's also here. Ya-hoo. You staying for dinner?" Yuta just nodded his head while in a daze cause he was still processing the events.

"Good." Gojo pushed him through the shoulders to the living room. "While Aiko is preparing dinner, we'll watch some movies."

"Megumi! Tsumiki!" Aiko's voice rang through the house and that took Yuta's attention. He looked at his other teacher but the airhead was way too focused on picking a movie.

"Gojo! Where are the kids?" Aiko asked, now in her home clothes, walked past the living room, and straight to the kitchen to make dinner.

"Tsumiki got a group project and Megumi went to pick her up." Gojo answered.

"By the way, you still haven't told me why you're here." Aiko said while in the kitchen.

"Right. It's the weekend tomorrow so I'm planning on taking Megumi." Gojo beamed.

Poor Yuta was already making tons of assumptions and imagination.

"We're home." Two voices came from the front door and out came two kids. One boy, one girl.

"Welcome back." Gojo said, looking at the kids.

"What are you doing here?" Megumi asked, annoyance obvious in his voice.

Aiko peeked from the kitchen. "Welcome back. Megumi, Tsumiki, what would you like for dinner?"

"I'm fine with anything." Tsumiki said.
"Chicken." Megumi simply said.
"I want some sweets after," Gojo added.

"What about you, Yuta?"

"Oh, I'm fine with anything."

"Then let's have tonkotsu. And sweets will be the cupcakes I baked last night." Aiko went back into the kitchen.

"I'll help." Tsumiki put down her stuff and went into the kitchen.

Yuta's mind was already down deep in the rabbit hole. But it's not like he could just ask right out in the open. At the very least, he'll try to survive this dinner and ask one of his classmates or maybe somebody else once he gets out.

But Yuta noticed somebody looking at him. And it was the remaining kid.

Yuta was already crying inside and his glare wasn't helping it.

"Oh right. Megumin, this is Yuta. Okkotsu Yuta. He'll be your senpai once you enrol in Jujutsu High." Gojo introduced.

"Hi. I hope he didn't force you to be here."

Yuta sweatdropped and Gojo pouted. "Just so you know, he's Aiko's guest."

"Oh, then, nice to meet you. I'm Fushiguro Megumi." Megumi bowed.

"Isn't that just too cruel?! It's blatant favouritism! Aiko is definitely brainwashing you! Definitely!" Gojo whined.

"She doesn't." Megumi deadpanned and left them .

"Ahh~ kids. Seems just like yesterday when he was just a midget." Gojo reminisced as if he was a father who watched his children grow up.

While Yuta just couldn't handle everything. But for the sake of his teachers, he'll do his best.

But that mood swing was amazing.

~~Flashback end~~

Yuta was acting strange that day but as usual, dinner was fun with a childish Satoru around so it was fine.

Yuta is slowly and surely becoming emotionally active. He's also regaining confidence which I'll take as an accomplishment. Though I'm sure Satoru also helped.

Megumi's getting stronger with Satoru's guidance.

Tsumiki is doing well in her studies.

Work is also doing well.

I'm also somewhat close to the first years so its a plus.

I really am living the life.
