Rogan-"rose,I think we should tell mum"
Rose-"I've been thinking of that, but I just don't know how to tell her"
Rogan-"we'll write a letter, I'm sure she'll understand"
She takes a deep breath in and nods.
They take out a parchment and a self inking quill.

Dear mum,

Please don't get mad. There was a party and all of us went to it. We got really drunk and rose ended up getting pregnant with a gay guy, a year above her. They have become friends and he has agreed to help with the baby.

We finish the letter and walk to the owlry. We send it and on the way back we talk about telling out friends.
Rogan-"now we just have to tell our friends"
Rose nods in agreement.
Rose-"I'll tell them after dinner."
Rogan-"ok"

After dinner

Rose, Rogan, Sage, Juniper, Oakley, James, Alexa, Ava, Fred and Filip are sat in their meet up spot under the tree by the lake.
Rose-"I need to tell you something"
Juniper-"ok, you can tell us anything"
Rose takes a deep breath.
Rose-"so you know at that party a couple of weeks ago"
Everyone nods.
Rose-"I was really drunk, and so was this other guy. He got me pregnant. I found out not long ago, madam pomfrey did a test and found out who he was"
Alexa-"go on, who is it?"
Rose-"it's a Slytherin guy a year above me, however we aren't dating because he's gay. His name is Ash"
James-"does he not have a second name?"
Rogan-"no"
Fred-"how come that's possible?"
Rose-"got disowned by his parents cos he was gay, must be hard. He agreed to become friends and help with the baby"
Ava-"that's great"
Rogan-"great sis, now we're just waiting on the letter from mum"

Time skip

Later that evening Rose and Rogan were sat in the common room. The letter arrived and rose opens it with shaking hands. She reads through it and starts laughing her head off. Rogan looking at her as if she's some maniac.
Rogan-"what?"
Rose-"r...read t..the l.... letter"
She said through her laughing.

Rogan grabs the letter and reads through it.
Dear rose,
OMG, I KNEW YOU WERE A REAL SLYTHERIN. OF COURSE IM NOT MAD, YOU SHOULD SEE THE THINGS I DID IN SCHOOL. THOSE WERE SOME GOOD DAYS. Anyway hope your happy, and I accept you. I'll help you raise the baby.
Your mother however would've reacted 'how could you, you should focus on your studies'. I love you both and stay safe.

Rogan-"well that's definitely not the reaction I expected"
Rose-"yes, thought she was going to be more disappointed than that"

Time skip a couple of weeks

It's 6 weeks into roses pregnancy and her stomach is abnormaly big. Ash and rose have become really good friends. He suggests going for her first ultrasound. She agrees. They go to madam pomfrey and she also agrees it's a good time to have it. She sets up the bed and with a flick of her wand there is a black and white image of two little sacks.
Pomfrey-"oh"
Rose-"what, is the baby ok"
Pomfrey-"yes, the babies are very well actually"
Ash-"babies?"
Pomfrey-"yea, you're having twins"
Rose-"guess it runs in the family"
Ash-"yea"
They laughed at the jokes.

Rose-"come on, we need to tell my brother"
They run into the Slytherin common room and see Rogan sat on the couch. They go over to him excitedly.
Rogan-"what's all the excitement about?"
Rose-"just had my first ultrasound!"
Rogan-"really, is the baby healthy?"
Rose-"yes, the babies are healthy"
Rogan-"wait, what, babies. You're having twins!?"
Rose-"you're not mad are you?"
Rogan-"ofc not, I'm so happy for you"
He stands up and gives her a tight hug.
Rogan-"come on, we need to write a letter to mum"
The three of them run up to Roses dorm and she grabs parchment and a self inking quill.

Dear mum,
I just had my first ultrasound, the babies are healthy and turns out it's twins. It runs in the family. Love you bye.

I love you both. I'm glad the babies are healthy and yea, it runs in the family blood. Hope you have a calm pregnancy and I'll be here for you.
