The news that my twin brother probably wouldn't wake up felt unreal, it's been nearly two months and I know he won't wake up. So I decided to join him when he finally gives up. I chose tonight, in the darks of the night, I went up to the room of requirements and wished for the things needed. I open the door, in the room there is a thick rope, a stool, a note pad and a pen. I begin with tying the knot and levitating it with my wand. I then write the letters, one to my friends, one to my family and one to whoever finds me. I then step on the stool and pull the rope over my neck. I take a deep breath as I knock the stool from under my feet. The rope digs into my neck as I struggle to breathe. It goes on like that for a couple of minutes before I start feeling tired and queasy. I let peace take me and I give in, taking my last breath.

I got a report that one of our students is missing, I got assigned to check the 7th floor and I immediately knew where to look. The room of requirements. I try opening the door, but it's locked. I try multiple spells until it finally clicks open. When I walk inside i see a sight that will forever horrify me. The missing student was hanging by a rope, 6 feet off the ground. 3 envelopes near him. I open the one that says 'to whoever found me'

To whomever found me,
I'm sorry you have to see this, but I had to. Don't think 'you could've asked for help' no. My twin, my other half has been half dead for nearly 2 months, I decided that it's time to join him, he will soon let go and we'll finally be together. Please deliver the correct letters to the correct people.

I understand that he missed his twin, but there was still a slight chance that he would've woken up. I reached out to feel the non existent pulse, he was dead. I sent a patronus to the other staff to meet me in the room. They come rushing in, shock over their faces when they see the scene. I explain to them what happened, we transport the body to the hospital wing and send a letter to his parents immediately.
