I stare hungrily at the piece of steel.
Pricking my finger to see the rubies.
The jewels that drip from my skin.
Deep incisions to extract my precious gems.
My ruby red dripping jewels.
The more I collect.
The more I crave to extract.
More jewels.
More anguish.
More beautiful rubies.
Out of my veins roll shiny jewels.
The beauty it intoxicating.
The more rubies I extract,
The more greedy I become.

I feel sick.
But I can't stop.
I need more.

It's never enough.

I need more.
It's never enough.
