INT. POLICE STATION - VISITATION AREA - CONTINUOUS
Reyhan listens intently to Emir's explanation, her mind racing to piece together the puzzle.
REYHAN: (connecting the dots) What about those divorce papers?
Emir's expression remains unwaveringly truthful.
EMIR: (firmly) Reyhan, I promise you, those divorce papers were not sent by me. I have no idea who's behind all of this, trying to create misunderstandings between us.
Reyhan's face hardens with determination as she reaches a conclusion.
REYHAN: (resolved) It's Miral and Murat. Emir, don't worry. I will handle them. I'll get you out of here soon.
Emir, relieved that Reyhan believes in his innocence, nods in agreement, their bond stronger than ever despite the turmoil surrounding them.
CUT TO NEXT MORNING
INT. MURAT'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - DAY
Reyhan confronts Murat in his living room, her eyes filled with anger and suspicion.
REYHAN: (accusingly) Murat, why did you give a fake statement against Emir? He had no reason to harm Halil. He had nothing to do with him. Tell me, what are you up to?
Murat's expression remains stoic, and he responds with a stern tone.
MURAT: (defensive) Reyhan, I don't know what you're talking about. I told the police what I saw at the scene.
Reyhan, her patience wearing thin, doesn't back down.
REYHAN: (accusatory) I know you're taking advantage of this situation. You're seeking revenge on Emir for that day when he threw you out of the Tarhun House.
MURAT: (defensive) I don't know what you're talking about.
Reyhan remains resolute, her determination unwavering.
REYHAN: (determined) Soon, I will find strong evidence.
As Reyhan turns to leave, she suddenly feels lightheaded and her vision blurs. She stumbles, on the verge of collapsing to the ground, when Murat acts swiftly, catching her in his arms just in time.
INT. MIRAT'S HOUSE - MORNING
Reyhan stirs awake, her eyes slowly adjusting to the light. As her vision clears, she sees a DOCTOR, MURAT, and SUNA standing around her.
REYHAN: (confused) What happened?
The DOCTOR smiles gently and delivers the news.
DOCTOR: (smiling) Reyhan, you're pregnant.
Reyhan's eyes instantly fill with tears of joy. She places a hand on her belly, overwhelmed with emotions. However, her happiness takes a hit as she notices Murat's presence.
MURAT: (trying to be sincere) Congratulations, my sister.
SUNA: (excited) Congratulations, Reyhan!
The doctor leaves along with Suna, the room is filled with tension. Reyhan turns her attention to Murat, a mix of emotions swirling within her.
REYHAN: (with a heavy heart) Murat, if you hadn't given that false statement against Emir, we could have shared this news together. (She reaches out and holds her brother's hand.) Please, Murat, just tell me the truth.
Tears well up in her eyes as she implores her brother to open up.
REYHAN: (voice trembling) I know our relationship has never been like that of loving siblings, but deep down, I've always felt a connection between us. (She wipes away a tear.) Murat, please, tell me the truth.
Under the weight of Reyhan's tears and her plea, Murat begins to break down.
MURAT: (teary-eyed) Okay, Reyhan... I'll tell you the whole truth.
As Reyhan anxiously awaits her brother's confession, Murat breaks down, overwhelmed by guilt and shame.
MURAT: (tearfully) Reyhan, it was Miral. She called me that day, revealing your health condition, knowing I was buried under a mountain of debt. (He looks down in shame.) She offered me money to create chaos in the Tarhun House.
Reyhan listens with a mix of shock and disbelief.
MURAT: (continuing) : And when she found out about my conflict with Halil, she saw an opportunity for revenge against Emir. She assist some men behind Halil. Halil called Emir for help, and when Emir arrived at that site...and in that heated moment, things escalated... Halil and I had a fight and during that..
Reyhan's eyes widen in shock as she demands to know the truth.
REYHAN: What happened, Murat? Tell me!
MURAT: (barely able to speak) Halil... he fell... from the height.
Reyhan gasps, her world shattered by the revelation.
