When Jack called Damian, he didn't pick up, kinda typical but Jack had a quick remedy for that, "Hey, Dame? It's me Jack, remember when Jill wanted me to come down to talk with her about something, it's Sunday and I'm coming down, so please for the love of God, open the fucking portal or when I see you next we'll have to go to the hospital to have surgery so you can get my foot out of your ass." He didn't wait long, 5 seconds after the voicemail was sent to Damian's phone, a portal opened on his wall.

"About time." When Jack walked into the portal and into Damian's room, he fell onto a hard floor, as the portal was on Damian's ceiling, "Gah! What the Hell man?!" "Shouldn't have threatened me." Jack got up and dusted himself off. This was the cousins' routine, Jack didn't mean anything by threatening him and Damian didn't mean nothing letting him fall face first through the portal. It's their way of poking fun at the other. "Where's Jill?"

With a nod, Damian looked out the door, "Down the hall, main Barracks. Head Guard's personal chambers." Jack Nodded, that made sense, he could only hope Drake wasn't around. He was in no mood for him today. After he made it to the door of the Head Guard's chambers, he hesitated before knocking, thinking about Vanexa, the girl he's now in love with. Then he knocks. "Yes? Who is it?" He cleared his throat before he spoke, "It's me, Jack."

After a few seconds the door opened and in the doorway stood the same Jill Jack knew a couple years ago, only a bit happier. "Jack!" With a surprising embrace she hugged him and didn't let go, "Whoa, ok, not what I was expecting." After she eventually let go of Jack, she let him in and made some tea, as she wasn't to fond of coffee, "Sorry I don't have coffee Jack, but it's good to see you."

When he accepted the tea she offered and took a seat at the end of the bed, silence filled the air as she stared at him, and he looked at the floor, "Jill, I thought you hated me after hitting Drake." With a shrug she set her tea on the table and sighed, "I WAS mad... Was, but after you left he... He decided to be abusive. Not what I foresaw in a relationship." He felt his blood boil. "Are you still with him?" With a smile she shook her head, "No, we broke up a week before he got caught planning a assassination on Satan, and he was executed."

He scoffed, not in disbelief or disapproval, but shock, "Really? Who carried out the execution?" She smiled brighter, "Me." He smiled a bit, "Holy shit, you killed him?!" She smiled even brighter and nodded. "And, a year afterwards I met someone, and, well, he made me feel like I was something more then what Drake wanted me to be." Jack Nodded, he knew what Drake wanted Jill to be, a whore to fuck whenever and discard her afterwards, that's why Jack hit him in the first place. "Who's the guy?"

She cringed a bit, he figures she didn't expect me to ask about the guy. "His name's Jasper Lau." He shrugged, as he never heard of the guy before. "I see, well, things are also looking up for me as well Jill, I got a girlfriend now." She was smiling brightly now, "No way! Who's the lucky girl?" He cleared my throat, "Vanexa." For a second she didn't believe it. "Vanexa? Isn't she the girl who has no emotions?"

Jack shook his head, "No, she has emotions, but not around anyone besides me, I guess she trusts herself to be, well, herself around me." After about a half hour of talking and catching up, he looked her in the eye, something was clearly bothering her, "Jill, I doubt you called me here just to catch up, what's on your mind?" She sighed, clearly uncomfortable. "Jack, I don't know how you'll take this but... Here." And she put her hand in his face, first thing he noticed was a ring with a beautiful ruby in the center in the shape of a heart.

"YOUR GETTING MARRIED?! Congratulations!" She clearly didn't see that coming, "There's more. Jack, I don't have a father, so... I called you down here to ask if... If you want to walk me down the aisle?" For a second he didn't believe it, but he smiled, "I would be honored Jill." With a bright smile, she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly, "Thank you Jack!"

After he went back home, he texted Vanexa about what Jill asked, to which Vanexa was happy she found someone better than Drake, and she was happy that Jill asked Jack to walk her down the aisle. She hopes that one day she'd have someone to walk her down the aisle one day, as when she lost her father, she felt so alone, until she met Jack...
