Kintaro: The Descendant Of Yamoshi

The Saiyan From Earth Returns

While Gohan, Krillin, Vegeta, and Piccolo fight Freeza, Kintaro is still channeling his healing abilities into the chamber so Goku can heal. Finally, Goku's eyes open, and he blasts his way out of the pod.

"Took ya long enough." Kintaro says. He stands up and unhooks himself from the machine. "Now let's go. Your friends  need you, and to a lesser extent, me."

The two fly off towards the battle as fast as they can

Meanwhile, Freeza is strangling Vegeta with his tail and punching him in the back.

"Should.....should we help him?" Gohan asks.

"Oh sure, pools open, water's fine." Freeza replies. "No? Just going to stand there like a bunch pissants? Thought so."

Then Goku lands at the fight, with Kintaro right behind him.

"You didn't have to be dramatic."

"Yes, I did."

Goku waves to Piccolo.

"Oh hey Piccolo, when did you get here?"

"Dragon Balls."

"Neat!"

Freeza drops Vegeta's body. He looks confused at Goku.

"I'm sorry, who are you again?" he asks.

"I'm Goku, and I'm a Saiyan from Earth."

"Of course. Between you and the Namekian, I think I'm losing my touch at genocide."

Vegeta, who is supremely battered and bruised, looks at Goku and Kintaro.

"Kakarot. Freeza... must be defeated by Saiyan hands. He destroyed our planet. You and Kintaro are the last remaining Saiyans. Please. Defeat Freeza." He pleads

"I understand now. If he didn't blow up your planet, you wouldn't be evil."

"Oh no, I'd still be evil. If the roles were reversed, this conversation would never have happened. You'd be dead, and I'd be laughing." He says, trying to laugh but stopping because it hurts.

Freeza notices Kintaro moving over to heal Vegeta, so he fires a Death Beam through Vegeta's chest, killing him.

"VEGETA!!!" Kintaro yells, a primal anger taking control of him. His Primal State activated, he rushes Freeza and kicks him in the stomach.

"Hey! I wanted to fight!" Goku says, but he is ignored. Kintaro grabs Freeza's tail and slams him on his back. He grabs his face and throws him across the planet. He catches up to him and fires a devastating blast at point blank range.

Freeza, however, shakes off the hits. He telekinetically grabs Kintaro's throat.

"My, my. You've gotten much stronger, haven't you. It's a shame. You would've been my second in command. But I don't tolerate insubordination." Freeza says. He tosses Kintaro back down to the ground. Kintaro gets back up slowly. He looks to Goku.

"Can you beat him?" He asks. Goku nods.

"Then go. I have to bury my friend." Kintaro says and flies a little ways away. He buries Vegeta in the Namekian dirt. A few tears fall down his cheek. Vegeta was the closest thing he had to a friend, no matter how annoying he was. He kneels by Vegeta's grave for some time when a giant blue beam fires.

Kintaro flies back to the battlefield and sees Goku bruised and beaten.

"I thought you said you had him?" He says.

"Even the Kaioken x20 wasn't enough. But I have one last trick up my sleeve." Goku replies and raises his hands in the air.

"Now I need to charge it."

"For how long?

"5 minutes. And considering how bad he was kicking my ass.... I'm sure you'll be fine."

"I can see why Vegeta hated you." Kintaro says and stands in front of Goku.

"Hey, Freeza! I'm not done with you!" Kintaro yells, and reactivating his Primal State, he rushes at Freeza again.   He punches him in the face, sending him flying.

"Don't dawdle, Kakarot!"  Kintaro says and chases after Freeza. Goku nods and continues to charge his attack.

Kintaro flies, and axe kicks Freeza into the ocean. Freeza responds by shooting a bunch of Death Beams from the water. Kintaro is grazed by a few, and he winces a bit. He teleports behind Freeza, but Freeza is ready for it, and he grabs Kintaro with his tail and launches him upwards. Freeza then meets Kintaro in the sky and kicks him miles away.

Freeza then picks up Kintaro by the neck and prepares to kill him when he gets blasted away by someone else.

"Thank you. Piccolo, right?" Kintaro says, his voice hoarse. Piccolo nods and tells Kintaro to get ready. Freeza then rushes at the both of them, visibly pissed off.

6 minutes later, Goku yells out, "It's done!", and pulls his arms downward. Freeza looks behind him and sees the giant blue energy of the Spirit Bomb. Freeza tries to block but ultimately fails, and a giant explosion happens.

"Think he's dead?" Krillin asks.

"I'm more concerned about my dads." Gohan replies.

"Who'd you think I was talking about?"

The duo fly off to where the explosion happened. They see Kintaro and Piccolo carrying Goku back up on land. Gohan runs and embraces his father.

Kintaro looks at Piccolo, "Are we bros now?"he asks.

"Hell yeah." Piccolo replies. The two bump fists.

"So. Is it over? He's gone?" Gohan asks Goku.

"Yep. You could say he suffered a bad case of Freezer-burn, " Goku says, making everybody but Kintaro laugh.

"I don't get it." Kintaro says.

"Anyway, let's get back to the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii--" Krillin starts before his face freezes in terror. A Death Beam pierces Piccolo's chest.

"No! My boy!" Kintaro yells and grabs Piccolo before he falls.

They look towards where the beam came from.

"You filthy mongrels. How dare you!!!"
