Kongpob's pov

"Ahh Phi, you really came", my hand automatically reached his bag, which he reluctantly let go. I loaded them with the other luggage on the side.

"Of course, I gave my word" he said.

I made small introductions between Arthit and my employees and soon we boarded the mini bus that was arranged for the trip.

I followed closely behind him, "sit anywhere you find comfortable. I know you prefer window seats"

"Kong, why would I choose? You are the only person I know here. Of course I will sit with you...that is if you are okay with it", he told me.

Of course I forgot about the cute introvert side of him. Stop it Kong, I reprimanded myself.

"Sure Phi. We can sit in the last without anyone's disturbance" I smiled at him.

Since it was single seaters all the way except for the last row, I thought it would be better.

"I know our friends had commitments, but I don't see any other family members of your employees too, why is that?" He asked casually but only I know the weight of the question. Of course my sharp head hazer will assess it with single glance.

"Ah..Phi, we go to these trips every other year, so its not new to them. that's why" I gulped, I can only pray that none of the others spill it to P'Arthit.

"How long does it take to reach there?" Phi enquired.

"Roughly 4 hours. We would be taking a short recess midway. Other than that we will be reaching there before 10" I said sticking as away as possible from him. I don't want to leave even a single reason for him to keep away from me. I'd be the perfect junior he always wanted in me. Sadly even if that is not what I want, at least one of us will be happy.

"Hmm...what kind of a place is that? Have you visited before? Why is your company doing this kind of a project? I mean huge conglomerates like you people won't be doing anything that doesn't benefit them. No offence" He shrugged as he got himself comfortable in his chosen seat.

I chuckled, "None taken Phi. What you have said is right, but not entirely. Each of our branches adopt one of the most backward community or a village that is really in need of a support. We will actively work with them till they can rely on their own, after that we support them passively and move on to next village"

"So it's a social work? But it sounds too good to be true" he replied, now turning entirely towards me.

"haha Phi, as I implied before, we benefit too. We educate them on the basic rights, showing them how the world outside of their village works, enlighten them about the technologies, scholarships for the bright ones and if they wish, job opportunity too"

Phi seemed to process everything, honestly it's a simple mutual benefit among us and those people. We educate them in whatever field we require in the company and recruit them personally while providing all the benefits they need.

"Woah...So this is what I have been hearing about in the past few years? That just not anyone can enter the Suthilaks. Wow..so you guys recruit this way? But isn't this illegal? Forcing them to study what YOU people like and recruit them?"

Typical P'Arthit behavior. Right off blaming me. Does he do that to all the other guys too? or am I the ever special one? I sighed

"Phi, can you stop with that judgmental stare? I said if, if they want to be a part of city life, we will be molding them right off from their budding years. As you know already, Suthilak is not about machinery alone. We are literally in all the fields including medicine. So it's the child's decision what he or she wanna pursue, If he wanna pursue at all. Lot of teenagers have completed their basic education and decided to continue their crop plantations too"
