Chapter 6 - "The Party"

CHA's POV

Dumating na ang gabi, and now here i am wearing a black backless long gown. Para 'toh sa party ng magaling kong kapatid. Tsk, i dont really know why do i have to attend this stupid event when i'm not really needed here. Psh. Kung di lang dahil kay dad, i wont be there. Haist. I shook my head and just put some make up on. I need to cover up some bruise too aigoo, pag may event lang talaga ako nagtatagal sa harap ng salamin. Really!

After like forever, bumaba na ako only to see my other gangmates on their tux and gowns. I sighed deeply and wrap my arm around Mike's since he will be my escort for the night. Psh, i wont let myself to be a ball party without an escort would i? Si Drake naman si Nami ang partner while the others have their own partners na rin naman. We head to my limo at syempre, pinaka una ang dyosa so i went in fist.

The ride was awfully boring cause no one dares to talk. I dont know why but i have this feeling that something will happen later and im not sure if i'll like it or not.

"Can you feel it?" Tanong ko kay Mike while looking outside the window. I can see his reflection from the mirror nodding. I sighed deeply and looks at everyone.

"Everyone, listen! I want you all to be ready. May mangyare man tonight or wala atleast we are ready. Stay alert on everyone. Tandaan di lang tayo amg gangsters na nandun. Di man tayo galawin ng gang ng kapatid ko atleast alert tayo. May feeling ako na hindi magiging maganda ang gabi naten. Okay?" Everyone nodded so i lean my back on my seat and sighs deeply, waiting for our arrival at the venue place. Sana lang mali tong nararandaman ko.

as the elevator opens, all eyes were on us. I stay my sight forward before stepping out, followed by my mates. I took a look around, obviously looking for my brother.

"Ate!" Oh there he is. I gave him a force smile.

"Hey, congratulations on what ever achievement you did." He lets out a chuckle after i said those words. Tsk, does he think his funny.

"Well, i didnt made an achievement ate. This party is for you" he said while giving me a grin. I gave him a frown while looking at him. "Look ate, you might hate all of us after this but for now. Enjoy the party okay?" He gave me a kiss on the cheek before excusing himself. Tsk that stupid boy. I looked back to See Mike taking his coat off and puts it forcefully on Nami's shoulder. Stupid. I shook my head and went to a free table, guessing it was reserved for us.

"Good evening everyone." The voice caught everyone's attention specially me. It's mom, whp wouldnt get caught by that lovely voice huh. I looked at her and she just gave me smile while she was still standing on the stage. "I would like to welcome everyone to my Daughter's engagement party." What?

Ace's POV

I let out a deep sigh before eyeing everyone. This party is such a pain in the ass. Why am i here? Cause Dad made me come and he told me i'll meet my fiance here. Tsk, who even dares to have a fiance? Not me! Ugh.

"Good everyone, I Would like to welcome everyone to my Daughter's engagement party!" A woman said, i think she's in her 40's. She's really beautiful and she kinda looks like someone. I just cant seem to remember. "May i call my daughter, Charlaine Shin and my soon-to-be son-in-law, Ace Park." Wait what?

The spotlight on me while the other one is on Charlaine. Shit. She's so hot with her dress right now. I let out a fake cough before going to her. Mahirap na, may mga mata si Dad dito sa venue. I handed her hand and waited for her to accept it while she looked at me with what-the-fvck-are-you-doing look.

"They are waiting. Come on" i said and finally she accepted my hand. We both went to the stage and as the woman whoni assumed is her mother continued introducing us to the crowd.

"Fvck. I shouldnt have came here." She mumbles while eyeing someone on the crowd. I looked at what she's looking. There are this group of man who are staring at Cha as if she's some kind of a food ready to be eaten. I looked at her and gave her a light smile.

"Are you okay?" I asked but she just rolled her eyes on me.

"If you wanna live. Follow my orders." She said before facing me. She looks at her mom and gave her a fake smile. "Mom get out of this place as soon as you can." I looked at her mom and all i see was fear on her eyes. She noded her head and went down from the stage after handing the microphone to me. I looked at Cha as if asking her what i should do.

She gave me a grin and took the microphone, while she secretly handed me a gun.

"So, since you all know im here.. who wants to die first?" A smirk was formed on her lips. i looked at the crowd and my eyes widen seeing almost everyone pointing a gun on her. Shit here we go again!
