Still inside the Palace, the thieves were shocked to see the floating bank above them.
Skull: For real?! That’s a bank? That’s a Palace?
Mona: This isn’t what I expected.
Ace: Then what were you expecting it to be?
Panther: Hey, do those represent the people of Shibuya?
She asked the others in a hint of grossness as they saw human-sized ATM machines walking past them.
Fox: Walking ATMs. This is how he perceives people.
Panther: So, how do we get up there?
Fox: Mona, can you turn into a helicopter?
Mona: No, a car is all I’ve got.
Skull: Don’t you have some kinda secret gadget or something?
Mona: I’m not some robot cat! I mean, I’m not a cat at all!
Joker: There must be a way. Let’s investigate.
He said before they split off in small groups to ask the human-sized ATMs about how to get into the Palace, but as they all tried to get info, the ATMs were either scared or already broken. But as Joker, Panther, Ace and Mona were asking one question.
“It’s no use… It’s all over.”
Joker: What happened?
“I’ve fallen so far… From a place where no tracks are left…”
Ace: What?
“I’m too tired… Please let me rest.”
It muttered before the lights turned off as it was now motionless as Panther turned to them.
Panther: This is one of Kaneshiro’s victims, right?
Mona: Yeah. At the very least, he’s ripped off all these people. To Kaneshiro’s perception, he destroyed all of them.
Panther: Terrible…
They all met up afterwards in an alley away from the walking ATMs, to go over what they had learned.
Skull: I see. Over there, too.
Panther: So many victims… We’ll make him pay for this.
Mona: But there’s no way we can get up there.
Joker: A place where no tracks are left…
Skull: Huh?
Panther: It’s what one of the ATM people said.
Fox: Is that why it's floating? It embodies his confidence, certain he’ll never get caught.
Ace: It’s possible that he’s the same back in real life.
Mona: Yeah, no use standing around complaining. Let’s go back for now.
They then rushed out of the Palace as they were back in the real world, as they tried to think of ways to get up to the bank.
Ryuji: So what are we gonna do about that?
Ann: We gotta do something! We can’t just let it go!
Sento: The only problem is we don’t know where he does his job.
Yusuke: If only we could contact the real Kaneshiro, then maybe we could find a way.
They all go silent thinking how to find the real Kaneshiro, Makoto walks over as Morgana quickly hides inside Ren’s bag.
Makoto: You seem to be having quite a bit of trouble. With the boss of that crime syndicate.
