Everyone stood there confused by what Makoto meant by them to verify the justice they do as she continued speaking.

Makoto: I’m the only one who knows about you. If you prove what you’re doing is just, I’ll erase this. A deal?

Ann: Specifically, what do you want us to do?

Makoto: I’d like you to change someone’s heart.

Ren: Who?

Makoto: So you’re not saying it’s impossible.

Ryuji: At this point, quit tryin’ to entrap us! Who is it?!

Makoto: The boss of a crime syndicate.

Sento: A crime syndicate?

Makoto: Their specialities are phishing scams and drug dealing. What’s worse, once you’re in their sights, they won’t stop threatening you until they get what they want.

Ryuji: Hey, that sounds just like the mafia.

Sento: Because it’s what they do.

Makoto: They primarily target young people. It appears that their victims include some of our students.

Ryuji: What’s the name of this boss?

Makoto: Nobody knows. The victims are being threatened to not testify, so even the police can’t get a grasp of the situation.

Ann: You’re telling us to investigate that?

She asked a bit angry as Makoto kept talking.

Makoto: If you’re Phantom Thieves, it’s the least you can do. Or is it true that you act without justice?

Ryuji: Really nice.

Ren: Where can we meet this person?

Makoto: Their main hub of activity is in Shibuya. They call out to students who wander down back alleys. Apparently they make them drug couriers, calling it a part-time job. Then they use it later as blackmail material.

Ren: I see.

He said before they started to look for where the mafia did their work as he and Makoto were grouped up as everyone was searching other places, but wherever they looked they couldn’t find any leads about the mafia boss. Sento was standing outside the train station as he found a small lead to the mafia as he felt his phone vibrate as Ryuji texted them.

R: No luck, zero leads. Let’s meet up again.

Y: Roger.

A:  Roger!

Sento: Sure.

R: Okay.

Later, everyone met up in a nearby karaoke cafe as they sat in a room that was right next to a room that was full of people that couldn’t really sing well, but luckily that loud group left as the group of thieves began their meeting.

Ryuji: What the hell? She wants to do all this, but takes off?

Yusuke: She’s surprisingly nervous about this.

Ann: It does seem like a tall order.

Sento: It’s like she thinks that with the info we find, she’s probably going to forget about us doing the dirty work.

Morgana: Get a grip, you guys. We’ve only just begun.

Ryuji: Yeah, but still… Man, we’re gettin’ nowhere with this… Hey, can’t we ask Miss President to change it up?
