The rebels started to advance to the south, and they didn't go back. The Chinese Government demanded Shizhar and Wu'er to stop the rebellion, otherwise, all the Chinese Army would go to capture and fusilate them. But Shizhar and Wu'er didn't hear Xiaoping's words. After a month of fighting, in September 28th, 5% of China's territory was under rebel control.

Deng Xiaoping, as stress acumulated on him, got Parkinson disease, and presented his dimission as Supreme Leader of People's Republic of China to the CCP on September 30th, 1989. Li Peng was elected by the CCP members as the new Supreme Leader of PRC.

Shizhar's happiness started to declinate, as his family was kidnapped by Chinese Authorities in the city of Suzhou. But he created a plan, alone, to recuperate his family. He planned to rush into Jiangsu, and then siege fastly Suzhou and search in every building to recuperate them.

Shizhar didn't get the approval of Wu'er, but the others accepted. The rebels started to move to east, taking every city they found in their way. When Li Peng was informed rebels were rushing into Suzhou, he ordered to move the Wuhan Order Army to Suzhou, and to alert every military instalation in the entire province.

One of the most important combats on war happened on the border of Jiangsu and Shandong. Approximately 10,000 people from the 2 sides died on the battle. Despite the great losts, the rebels could enter the province. After a very hard situation of war, Li Peng activated Total Martial Law, and putting in quarantine all the country. Only the military, police and Order Forces were allowed to stay on the streets.

The rebels captured Suzhou, and Shizhar could recuperate his family, and also, the army controlled way more territory. Li Peng went furious when he was informed the Chinese Army lost the battle in Suzhou. He yelled to the responsible generals and colonels of Jiangsu's Defence.

But, as Suzhou was captured, Shanghai was on big risk. It was way too near to the rebel-occuppied territory. The Governor of Shanghai activated extreme alert on the military instalations near the city. The army went to the borders of the city, to try to repel a very possible invasion of Shanghai. After 3 days, the rebels entered the city. The rebels could break the Chinese Army's defence on the border, and got to the center. The soldiers surrendered and the city was captured. One of the three objectives were captured : The city of Shanghai.

As Li Peng was informed about the defeat in Shanghai, he scolded the generals of Shanghai, and called the act of the soldiers "a very disrespectful treason to our government". The reward for Shizhar increased to 10,000,000 yuan.
