His Angel

House Guest

Dominic Monti's POV

The sound of my front door slamming shut is what woke me up.

I gave specific orders to all of my men except for three who are on a mission, not to come here so now I have to go find out who disobeyed me.

As I'm walking stairs slowly I stop to try and figure out how many people are here but it's silent not one word or footstep can be heard so I continue down the stairs and to the threshold of my living room to see a girl-looking around in awe of the carved wood she hasn't noticed me yet so I take the time to look at her she as long black hair that's past her ass, she's wearing all white, she's about 5,5, her skin is a nice caramel color, she has beautiful long legs, her feet are small swollen and a little cut up and bruised.

Poor thing.

When she turned around I saw the most beautiful emerald green eyes that made me want to stare at her all day she had the face of an Angel, and as I looked into her eyes I could tell her gears were turning thinking of some type of plan.

Then all of a sudden she screams and says accusingly " What Are You Doing In my house I'll call the cops on you". Like they'll do anything, her house huh, she must not know who I am considering she's grinning like she won the lottery, ok you wanna play let's play "Your house hm, then where's the kitchen" I watch as a shocked expression slowly turns to one of confusion as she tries looking around for it but she suddenly stops and looks at me with a pout on her face " huh, Wait that's unfair".

"Really how so? " I say trying my best not to laugh at her.

"Because I just got here, and it's probably your house which makes it double unfair," she says and just as she's about to step towards him she winces and her legs give out causing her to give me a death stare from the floor.

"Ok, look I'm gonna tell you what's about to happen I'm going to take you upstairs and put you in the bathroom you have two choices from there one you could try and escape by jumping from the window and injure your feet even more possible breaking your foot and then have me catch you and repeat or two you could take a nice bath put the clothes on I give you and let me clean and doctor your legs then I'll get you food and let you sleep, how's that sound? It's your choice.

I watch as she weighs the possibilities and outcomes when she finally looks up at me she holds out two fingers I nod understanding and slightly confused as to why she didn't speak. I walk over to her and gently pick up bridal style. I hear her let out a soft sigh, while I carry her upstairs towards the bathroom I set her down gently and tell her "I'll be back I'm going to find something for you to wear" She nods waiting patiently.

I walk to my closet find a pair of black boxers and a big white T-shirt and start making my way back " Here these should do for now, when you're done just come downstairs ok?
She nods again.

I leave to go find the medical box and cook some pancakes eggs and bacon.
I found the medic box set everything I thought I'd need, and then start the eggs while the pancakes and bacon are cooking. Just as the last pancake finishes I hear her walk in the kitchen. I make the plates and set them on the island as she sits on one of the stools.

"Ok you ready it's going to sting but it's only because it's being cleaned "She hands me her first foot to clean as I put the cleaning alcohol I look up to see her squeezing her eyes closed I then do the same thing to the other foot and then apply the ointment and bandaged them.

"Good girl it's done you can finish eating". I look over to see her scarfing down the food like it's her last meal.

She's fast asleep in my bed upstairs she sure is something else I wonder why she wasn't speaking. I'm brought out of my thoughts as Eric and Zach get back from the long mission they had Eric was there for two years until we finally found what we wanted.

Eric walks in first and is looking around like he's looking for something Zach comes in looking like a zombie, Eric walks up to me and asks "Have you seen a girl" I look at him curiously "Yes, I have Why"

"Really where is she I'll explain it to you I just need to check something"
He says. I nod and lead him to my room where she's dead asleep, he walks over to her and smiles as he turns to face me and says "We need to talk".

It's been an hour and Eric has been stalling to talk about what I want to know.

I give him a bored expression and he gives a light chuckle and says "you know you look just like your father when you give that look but I know you want me to tell you already well I will you know that woman in your bed she was locked in Sunny Grove for five years, all I was told was she killed someone but I'm not so sure that's the full story, when I worked night shift I noticed how one guard would always go to her cell at night so one night I went with him and..." he sighs and looks me in the eyes "they had that guard beat her every night and she never once made a noise during it actually what I learned was that she never said one word for five years that's a long time don, after every beating I would sneak in and do my best to help her but she needs a doctor a good one she barely ate anything I consider her as a daughter but tonight I saw a side I was so proud of don, the guard I warned him but he didn't listen she killed him like it was nothing" i was shocked at first to think the little Angel in my bed asleep could kill a man in cold blood and what's worst is I'm genuinely proud of her.

"So that's why she stopped speaking," I say.

"What" Eric asks.

"We had a great conversation until her throat started hurting I think" I smile and turn towards Eric "Get everything ready we're going home," I say with a serious face "but the" I cut off Zach before he could finish "I want it done by the time I come back down, am I clear?".

Eric smiles, bows, and says "Yes Don".

I nod in approval and make my way to go grab my little Angel who will never leave not when she threw herself in my web.

As I enter my room I see her sleeping peacefully I slowly pick her up and make my way downstairs to find Eric and Zach completely in shock as I stand there waiting.

Zach walks to the door while shaking his head and opens the door for me.

As I'm walking to the car she starts squirming in my arms until she soon finds a comfortable spot nestled in my chest.

I opened the passenger door gently set her in the seat and buckled her in.

As I turn around I see Eric trying not to laugh and Zach still shocked. I rolled my eyes walked over to the driver's side and pulled out the driveway.
