Jades pov
I woke up with everything hurting and still on the floor so I slowly got up and walked to the bathroom and saw blood running down my arms and face
"only have to deal with this for one more month," I said to myself then I cleaned myself up then I went back to my bed and looked at the time it was only 5 so I went back to the website and looked at where the meet and greet was and how much it was, it was right around the corner from where I live and it was only $20 so I paid for the tickets then I got into my pjs and played on my phone and ended up falling asleep
"Morning," I said rolling over slowly trying not to hurt myself even more
"hey baby I know you're probably hurting a lot right now but you have to get up to go to school now or you're going to be late," she said
"ok," I said
"I'm going to work so see you when I'm home," she said
"ok," I said she left my room and I slowly got it of bed still in pain I slowly walked to my bathroom and got into the shower
five minutes later
I got out of the shower and dried myself and got dressed into a crop top and a hoodie and long pants to cover everything up and then I brushed my hair and teeth and then I did my makeup and covered the bruises on my face and then I went back into my room and got my shoes on and grabbed my bag and phone and then walked downstairs and went to my car
I drove to school and walked in and went to my locker and put everything away and shut it and then started to walk to the library when I bumped into a hard chest
I looked at who it was and it was the last person I hoped to run into right now Jake Miller the biggest bully in the school my mum says he only picks on me because he likes me but if he likes me then why would he treat me like this
"Watch where your going slut" he said and pushed me into the lockers making me fall down
"ouch," I said under my breath
He laughed and then walked away and I got up and walked to the library and sat in the corner and played on my phone until the bell rang for my first period which is math so I walked to my locker and got my book and pencil case out and walked to math and sat in my seat
The teacher handed out some worksheets and explained it to us and then we got started
time skip to the end of the period
The bell rang so I packed everything up and went to my locker then put my math book away and got my history book out and then went to my next class and sat in my seat and started to draw like I always do in history because I don't like this class
before I knew it the bell rang so I packed everything up and went to my locker and put everything away and grabbed out my drawing book and then I went to my favourite tree and put on some music and sketched out me sitting in my room with headphones in listening to music crying with bruises all over me
The bell rang so I got up and went to my locker and put everything back then I got out my science book and started to walk to science when someone pushed me into the lockers holding me by my neck making me drop everything
"l-let g-go i-i c-can't breath," I said looking at them to see Jake Miller
he let go then he kicked me and then left I got up and grabbed my bag and everything out of my locker and then I walked out of school and drove to my favourite park that I always go to when I don't want to go home or I just need alone time and grabbed my bottle of vodka and then I walked over to a tree and put music in and started drinking while crying when someone snatched it out of my hand and threw it
"HEY" I yelled about to get up and punch them for throwing my favourite drink at the tree when I looked up to see Colby Brock and Sam Golbach
"what's wrong? why are you drinking your feelings?" Colby asked
"I-I" I chocked on my words not knowing what to say because they weren't meant to be here till next month but they were here today like ahhhh I can't belive this is how they are meeting me
"come here," Colby said
I got up and hugged him and he wrapped his arms around me and then I felt Sam join the hug
"w-what are you g-guys doing here I t-thought you weren't coming down till n-next month, "I said
"oh we decided to change the date to this weekend" Sam said
"oh ok, thanks," I said
"for what?" Colby asked
"well for changing the date," I said
"Why?" he said
"that doesn't matter," I said
"yes it does," Sam said
"tell us," Colby said
"bye," I said walking away
before I could get far I felt someone grab my wrist and pull me back making me wince from the bruises that were all over my arm making Colby give me a weird face
"Why did you just wince?" He asked
"no reason" I said pulling my arm away
"take your jumper off," He said
"no," I said
"Please," Colby said giving me puppy dog eyes
"fine," I said
I took my hoodie off to reveal all of the bruises my dad gave me last night and the scars from last Wednesday my most recent sh relapse
They pulled me into another hug
"I-I have to g-go," I said putting my hoodie back on I started to walk away when I heard Colby yell something
"WAIT" Colby yelled
I turned around and looked at him
"what's your name?" He asked
"Jade Smith," I said
"ok bye Jade," He said
"bye," I said
I walked back to my car and drove home then I headed to my room then I walked over to my desk and grabbed my blade and put my bag down then I sat on the floor when I got a notification so I looked at my phone and it was from insta so I looked at it and it said that Colby and sam started to follow me back
so I went onto Colby's insta and texted him
Jade: Hey Colby I just wanted to say thank you and sorry I won't be coming to your meet and greet anymore as I have completed my goal meaning it's my time to go
Colby: Jade what are you talking about?
Jade: I'm leaving this hell everyone calls earth
Colby: no please don't Me and Sam can help you get through whatever you need ok just please stay princess
Jade: I can't it's too hard Colbs im sorry it's for the best no one will miss me anyway
Colby: tell me your address right now, please
He won't get to me in time anyway
Jade: Paperbark Street number 1
Colby: I'll be there soon please just hold on and we can talk about it and help you
Jade: But everything hurts and I can't hold on anymore
Colby: Please just for me
Jade: I guess see you soon
I put my phone down and got up then sat on my bed and waited for them to come
