Colby's pov

I walked to my car and drove to her old house and knocked on the door and after a couple of seconds someone opened the door and it was her mum

"Hello?" she said but it sounded more like a question

"Hi I work with your husband and I was wondering if I could talk with him?" I asked

"Oh ya sure," she said

"Thanks," I said

"HEY HONEY CAN YOU COME TO THE DOOR PLEASE SOMEONE  IS HERE TO TALK TO YOU" she yelled

a couple of minutes later he came down and she left 

"Umm hi?" he said

"Hi, I was wondering if you had a minute to talk?" I said

"Ya sure what can I do for you?" he said 

"well I know your daughter and you made her pretty upset today with that text that you sent her," I said 

"ok why does that concern you?" he asked

"well I know what you have done to her and she tried to kill herself yesterday because of you but luckily I got to her in time" I said

"OK what do you want with me?" he asked

"I want you to not text her again because you have hurt her enough already," I said

"you can't tell me what I can and can't do to  MY daughter," he said

"I know I can't tell you what to do but I can do this," I said 

I punched im in the face then kicked him in the dick making him fall down and then I kicked him in the side and then I walked back to my car and drove home 

I walked into the room and saw Jade laying in the bed facing the wall and I think sam is in the shower because I hear the water going so I walked over to her and saw her sleeping with teardrops on her face and the bed wet from were they had  dripped down 

"poor kid" I whispered

I then laid down next to her and wiped her tears she then cuddled up to me and I put my arm around her and went on my phone when Sam came out of the bathroom 

"hey man how did it go?" he said

"it went ok I guess" I said

"What did you say to him?" he asked 

"oh just to not text her anymore because he hurt her enough but he didn't want to listen to me so I punched him in the face and then balls then when he fell I kicked in the side of his stomach," I said

"Oh," he said laying down on the other side of jade

"what's the time?" he asked

"oh umm it is 12:00pm, "I said

"ok want food?" he asked

"ya let me just ask her if she wants anything" I said

he nodded then started getting his shoes on 

"hey princess wake up" I said

"mhm oh shit I didn't mean to fall asleep in your bed sorry," she said

"hey it's ok it's your bed too now ok," I said

"you sure?" she asked

"ya of course" I said

"ok any way why did you wake me up?" she said

"Oh, I was just wondering even tho I know you will probably say no if you wanted anything to eat?" I said

"oh well umm  i- im hungry but- but I don't.... want to eat..." she said stumbling on her words
