Issy is a outgoing, she is pretty talkative and bright, she loves giving everyone chances, she can be sensitive a lot of the time, which is even more hurtful when people tell her that to her face. She is selfless and a soft person. She longs for affection but can give affection quite well. she loves physical affection, she is a very clingy person, and can get very attached easily. She however is very easily set off, and moody, and unpredictable with her moods, which can make it harder for people wanting to be around her. She is stubborn at times, and headstrong. When it comes to people wronging her, she can be too quick to forgive and understand the other, she tries to see the good side in everyone, but that left room for people to take advantage.
Background:
Born the only girl in her family, her mother Abigail had only wanted boys, boys to carry on the family name. Leonard, her father, had always wanted a daughter, he adored Iris, he had also read her the book 'Romeo and Juliet' for her everynight, it was his favorite book and although Issy couldnt understand it at the time he still read it, he in a way favored her, and Abi despised it. As did Lewis, who only wanted his mothers approval, Lewis could take the beatings their mother gave, he saw it as rightful discipline, he thought they all deserved it for being 'bad children' however she took it more out on Issy, Leo had found out about about her abuse towards his children, he had confronted Abigail, that same night, Leo had been found dead in the yard, this had happened when iris was about 4. Abigail had claimed she had nothing to do with it. Iris grew up without her father, Lewis raising his siblings, when Iris had turned 11 she was enrolled at Hogwarts, she was sorted into hufflepuff, which angered her mother, as Lewis and Oscar had been sorted into slytherin. Her wand was a maple wood with a unicorns hair core, 12 1/4 and bendy and flexible, her patronus later found to be a black stallion. Upon arriving at hogwarts she had struggled making friends, for the first week she kept to herself until she met Rose McClaire, one of her dorm buddies, who introduced her to her friend Christopher, who goes by 'Kit', the 3 of them were the pair. Year 2 came around and she had already had beef going with James Potter and his group, who constantly liked to pick on her, for anything they could think off. Around 13 was when Sirius stole her first kiss, only for it to turn to be a prank, which made his brother Regulus Black stand up to apologize for his brothers behavior, Regulus was a colder type, almost the opposite of Iris, he was boring and cold.
