Friends to...Lovers?

You and Archie were childhood friends up until age 12. Both of your moms worked together so you were around at his house often. You spent hours in his room playing video games with him and his brother.

Archie's older brother Luke helped babysit you two while you played various games on his Xbox. You were somewhat of a tom boy since you wanted to be like Archie and Luke.

Around your 13 birthday you had to leave london. Your mother had to move for work... it was heartbreaking.

You loved the UK, it was your home. You had a life there, all your friends, your family.
You remember the moment you boarded the plane for America, how surreal it felt.

Years went by, you were finally in University now. Your friends had told you things about how Archie and his brother were doing.

"Archie and luke grew up so much Y/N" your friend said over the phone. You smiled at the thought of all your old friends. You had completely lost touch with them. You haven't seen Archie in over 8 years, but you wanted to surprise your family in london.

One day during spring break your mom knocked on ur door.
"Y/N your aunt wants to see you...shes asking if you want to stay with her for break?

Before you heard her finish the sentence you squealed in excitement. That night you told all your friends you were going to London. You didnt remember much but you were excited to visit your family.

Soon you were in London heathrow Airport
You were wearing your favorite outfit, a pale cardigan in case you got chilly.

Your family almost didnt recognize you when you got home. You had a major glow up. You walked around your childhood home. Your mom had given it up to your aunt so your cousins can enjoy the backyard they built for the kids.

"Wow.. its... just like i remembered" You said, your fingers tracing over the chains from the swings. You smiled looking down at the swingset with nostalgic eyes.

After dinner you asked your aunt about Archie and his family. She insisted that you go next door to surprise them. You felt a little awkward. Do they still remember me? You thought.

You knocked on the door twice, hearing some rustling from inside the house.
"Its the pizza- Oh..." Archie looked down at you. He was completely shirtless and droplets of water dripped onto his chest from his curls. At first he didnt recognize you but then it set in. His eyes darted from your books back up to your eyes.

"OH MY GOD ITS Y/N" he said grabbing you tightly before picking you up. You could barely breath when he hugged you but you loved it.

Archie had a complete glow up. You were caught off guard by his height. Your heart started racing..."Oh my gosh hes hot" You thought before wrapping your arms around his waist awkwardly.

Archies mother rushed over to greet you, you two spoke a while before archie took you away.
"Come" He said, leading you into his room. His room was different. It wasnt the childish room you remembered. He had some racing posters here and there, and of course a different gaming console.

You sat at his bed and looked off into the distance pretending to ignore that he was full on staring at you.
"Sorry its just-" He caught himself staring.
"Its just.. You look so... grown up" He says with a smile.

"Yeah thats what happens when you become an adult"

You both laughed and he sat at his gaming chair.
"My god you are beautiful"
Archie said. Your face turned bright like a cherry. Archie mirrored you with a similar reaction.

"Thank you archie you look so handsome yourself" Before you could continue archie shook his head in embarrassment. The first thing he noticed was the contrast between both of your accents.

"Sorry that just slipped out... Im sure thats not appropriate considering you have a boyfriend"

"Boyfriend?" You repeated.

"You dont have one...?" Archie looked confused. If this was your 10 year old self you would be grossed out... but now? Oh you loved this. Archie was beyond sexy. His mannersisms, the way he slightly bites his lip when he talks.

"Ive havent had much luck with love... and i definitely dont have a boyfriend Archie"

There was a painful silence between you two. But you decided to break the ice and ask about how life was. After the boring talk, you decided that you would flirt more with him just for the hell of it.

"It sure is hot in here" You said removing your cardigan revealing more of the dress you had underneath. Your dress was short and you forgot to put shorts underneath.

You parted your legs a bit leaning back on Archies bed. You noticed Archie trying his best to not look between your thighs but he couldnt help it.

"So what about you Arch? Any girlfriend?"

"Havent had one since secondary school" He laughed, and so did you. His laugh was infectious. You couldnt believe what he said, you were sure he was lying. A boy as fine as him could not be single.

You didnt know if it was your hormones or the fact that you hadnt been touched in so long, but you were falling so hard for archie. You stood up slowly, walking over to him. Archie looked up a you. He was at the edge of his seat...Literally.

"Do you miss having one?" You said.

Archie looked up at your eyes so that his chin was in the center of your chest between your breasts. He had felt like you were an angel sent to him. Archie had prayed for a girl like you.

Before he could respond you kissed him. Holy fuck... I kissed him. Archie gripped onto your dress, grappling onto the fabric in one hand. His hands slowly treaded up the dress and you just wanted to melt in his arms.

"Hey the pizzas finally here-" Luke swung the door wide open.

"Fuck- shit-" Archie blurted out; he pushed you away unconsciously and you purposely fell back onto his bed.

You were so embarrassed that you just wanted to just hide. "Why did i do that... oh my god im so stupid just control yourself Y/N" You thought to yourself, hiding your face in the sweater.

"Im sorry you didnt care to tell me... your own brother that you have a girlfriend?" Luke said, watching as Archie rolled back on his chair.

"Shes not my-"

You turned over, uncovering your face. After all he was going to find out that it was you.

Then it all set in.

"Y/N?"
