Viserys was wrapped, his face and body covered in fine cloth, his crown placed upon his stomach. Alicent wept over him. She tensed when the door opened.

"You still mad at me?" Alicent whispered.

"No." Aislynn assured. "I said my peace I'm back to being wonderful sister." Aislynn added. ALicent nodded.

"I am sorry, I wouldnt actually... I was just... with everything-"

"It was stressful and you acted in anger instead of reason. You acted like me." Aislynn agreed. "But make threats at anyone else next time. I am possessive over Tyland."

"I'm so sorry, I never-"

"Lets put it behind us." Aislynn assured. She looked at Viserys. "You were a good wife and mother, a good healer, you helped him more than Rhaenyra ever did. That bitch up and left. You were good no matter what they say. You are good." Aislynn assured. Alicent sobbed into their eldest brother Arthur and he held tight to her.

"Amoret's right, Ali." Arthur agreed. "You were the best thing to ever happen to that man and he didnt even realize it. You were too good to him, you deserved better."

"I did love him... not as a wife should love a husband but..." Alicent sighed. "I have to..." she headed out as she let out a shaky breath.

"Art, did you find him?"

"Yep. John's got eyes on him now." Arthur agreed.

"Wonderful, take me to him."

"Aegon honey, you reek." Aislynn remarked.

"I'm not suited for this." Aegon grumbled as she gave him a bath washing his hair.

"You were inside a sept? Under something, what is in your hair?" Aislynn questioned.

"Aemond wants it, he can be king." Aegon decided.

"You were born first, tis your honor and duty." Aislynn countered.

"I dont deserve the honor." Aegon grumbled.

"YOu know I shouted loudly at your mother today, it wasnt very nice of me." She added. "BUt she pissed me off. I was always one to do first and talk second, or never. I just did and delt with the repercussions."

"What does that have to do with me?" Aegon questioned.

"You ran off thinking if no one found you they they would what? MOve on? Forget about you?"

"Maybe." Aegon agreed.

"Your mother was worried sick about you. Your father died and now-"

"He never loved me." Aegon countered.

"It just seems like it because he was awful." Aislynn agreed. "But its impossible not to love you, Aegon."

"Really?" Aegon countered.

"Well its easier when you are being a shit," Aislynn admitted. "But I love you. Get dried off and get some sleep, I'm setting John up outside your room, no more runaways." AIslynn instructed.

"COuld you stay?" Aegon whispered as he got changed. "I dont want to be alone." AIslynn nodded kissing his cheek.

"I'm always right here for you baby." Aislynn agreed.

"Have the decency to look grateful." Alicent demanded as Aegon looked bored and drunk as they rode to his coronation. ''Do you know what has been done to give you this day? In an hour, you will be king." Alicent reminded him.
