"You always said you were going to marry a rich man." Alicent chuckled.

"And I did and look what my husband has provided for us!" Aislynn agreed. "Safety. Security. Freedom." Alicent sighed digging her toes into the sand. They couldnt replace the lives lost. Lucarys or Jaehaerys but they could make sure they were not a target again.

Aemond was broken after that day, he just wanted to scare Luke. He never meant to kill him. He knew he couldnt be king after he had done something that vicious, he was no better than the enemy.

Aegon liked this new life, girls, drinks, a formal separation from Helaena. They got to start fresh. Helaena kept her babies closer. Jaehaera still seemed to look for Jaehaerys over five moons later but Maelor had seemed to have forgotten about it all. He was content throwing sand up in the air from beside Alicent.

"You need a refill." Tyland remarked kissing Aislynn's cheek.

"I do thank you for noticing." Aislynn agreed. She glanced to Criston as he trained with Titus and Aemond. "You know you and Criston could give it a real go."

"He doesnt like me like that. I'm his queen." Alicent corrected. "He is queen's guard."

"Correction, you are Alicent Hightower, chilling on the beaches of Bravvos with your family. Not the queen anymore and he is not the kings guards anymore." Aislynn countered. "He's no Tyland," Aislynn assured, Alicent nudged her. "But he's sweet on you and you know it."

"They call me Toby Lannister, how you doin' girl?"

"Gods, someone stop him from becoming your brother!" Aislynn declared.

"Tobias, just because we left the capital doesnt mean you can talk like a gangster." Tyland agreed moving to him.

"I see that the boys are settling in with their new crew." Alicent remarked nodding to Tommy and Arthur.

"Peakys 2.0" Aislynn agreed. "Alicent, you deserve to be happy." Alicent glanced back at Criston and he smiled her way. "That smile, only Criston Cole makes you smile like that."

"Yeah." Alicent admitted. "What would father say?"

"You dont need to give a damn what father thinks." Aislynn corrected.

"thank you, Aislynn." Otto agreed as he passed.

"This is your life, its about time you took control of it. What do you think?" Aislynn questioned Alicent pulled herself up. Tytos plopped himself down in Aislynn's lap, she kissed his cheek holding him hostage in her arms. "Alicent?" Aislynn questioned.

"I'm taking control." Alicent decided moving to Criston.

"Atta girl!" Aislynn applauded.

"Hi." Alicent whispered coming to stand face to face with Criston.

"Hello, your- Alicent. I'm still getting used to it." Criston admitted.

"Hey hubby," Aislynn coed as Tyland took Alicent's seat and pressed a kiss to Aislynn's lips. "It's not moving up in the world like you wanted but-"

"This is better." Tyland assured.

"Good thing you were master of ships, able to get us out without anyone noticing." Aislynn mused. Aislynn smiled as Alicent kissed Criston, Helaena ooh'd out as Criston wrapped his arms around Alicent.

"Don't you dare kiss my sister!" Titus declared giving a scrawny boy a shove back. Amelia covered her face with her hands embarrassed.

"Ti!" Amelia begged.

"You are too young for boys! Dad back me up." Titus demanded. "Finn!" Finn glanced back at him as he was attempting to flirt with an island girl. Finn waved a dismissive hand back at him.

"helaena has two kids!" Amelia countered.

"Avoid men for as long as you can." Helaena cut in. Titus nodded in agreement. Tyland chuckled.

"I wouldnt change a thing." Tyland assured. Aislynn reached over grabbing his hand, she watched the waves roll in. The sun faded quickly over the horizon and it was the perfect end to another perfect day across the narrow sea. Westeros was the farthest thing from any of their minds.
