The next night Rose spent most of her time outside until she heard Laito's piano again. She was still a bit concerned that he'd bite her again. But she still wanted to talk to him about what she saw when she was in the underground waterway. So she went to where Laito was and went to stand by the piano as he smiled at her.

"Its good to see you again little bitch." He said with a smile

"Laito, you really enjoy being here don't you?" She asked curiously

"A bit yes, is there something you want little bitch?" Laito asked curiously

She nodded her head as she placed her hands together in front of her. "There's something I wish to talk to you about...Last night, I saw a woman with a purple dress that had the same eye and hair color as Kanato...W-Was that woman your mother?"

"Why do you care about our mother?" Ayato asked out of nowhere

Rose saw that Kanato was beside Ayato.

"Because I...I think I sleep walked to where you found me and...I...I had a premonition of your past. C-Can you tell me her name?" Rosa asked

Kanato placed his head into his teddy as Laito looked down sadly. Ayato was the one who spoke up first as he narrowed his eyes at the brunette female.

"Cordelia." He said with venom in his voice

They each then told her in detail just how they killed their mother, the thing that revolted her the most was what Ayato did before she went to Laito. She ran out of the tower before running through the rose garden, she couldn't take it anymore. Everything that had happened to her was just too much, she hated it when her heart hurt her she hated it when Ayato, Laito and at times Kanato would use her. She disliked everything that came with being the only female living with a house full of vampires. As she ran she collapsed on the ground.

She couldn't help but feel as if her life was just laughing at her cruel state. That she was just another dead body to add to the collection that Kanato had in his special room.

"Why now...Why is this all happening to me...W-What did I do to deserve this?" She said to herself as she tried to get up.

"I told you, you should have left when you had the chance." Subaru said from not far from where she was

She sat up enough to look up at him. "Subaru....I."

"Don't linger around you'll get yourself into even more trouble." Subaru said as he looked down to her

She frowned at him, she knew he was holding something back. But she didn't know what, she figured it had to be really personal for him not to want anyone to get really close to him. She stood up as she spoke to him.

"Subaru...Why did you give me that knife for? It's special to you right?" Rose asked as she looked to him sadly

He didn't answer her, he just kept on walking. He didn't want to talk about why he gave her the knife it was for her own good that he gave it to her. He had his own demons to face and he had to face them alone, that he knew from the time he killed his own mother. The thing he regretted more than living itself was doing what he did to his own beloved mother.

"W-Wait Subaru.." Rose said as she attempted to place her hand on his arm.

"Stay the hell away from me okay?! If you take one step closer I'll destroy you. I'll not only break body but I'll also break your mind as well" He said more pissed off at himself than at her, he clutched his hands before he swiped his hand over the closest rose bush sending petals towards her

As she looked to him sadly she couldn't help but feel a bit of regret for trying to get close to him. As the white petals went past her face she saw part of the dream again within her head. His mother in the tower and him as a young child with the knife before it fell out of his hand and on to the stone ground. She was certain it was her but asked about it anyways.
