Percy mist-traveled away before Nico could finish asking his question. He wasn't worried about Pruina, having discovered she was able to teleport herself to wherever he was, though he would normally just take her with him. He tried to go to Sally's house but was pulled off course and ended up in the Big House.

Disgruntled, he turned to face the other occupants of the room, snapping his fingers to change out of his nightclothes as he did so. He sighed when he saw Chiron, Hecate, Aphrodite, and Hestia. Percy glared at Hecate, still upset about her interfering with his searches for Harry after being the one to take him away in the first place. "What the hell are you doing here?" he snapped at her. They used to have a good relationship, and she had taught him all the magic he knew, which was a lot.

Hestia tried to intervene by saying, "Perseus, there's no reason to be angry with Hecate."

"I respectfully disagree, Lady Hestia," Percy said stiffly. "I have every reason to be angry with her."

Hestia went to speak again, but Hecate stopped her. "Peace, my friend. He has a right to be upset."

"Percy, my boy, can we at least be civil? Hecate needs your help," Chiron asked.

"And why should I help you? After everything you've done?" Percy snarled.

"Let her talk, Perce. This one's fascinating," Aphrodite said. Being his patron, her words had more effect than Chiron's.

Percy sighed. "You have five minutes."

Hecate started immediately by saying, "There's a wizarding school that needs your help: Hogwarts. They are in the middle of a war, and this year will be especially hard, due to the new DADA teacher. I need you to protect one of the students, who is destined to end the war."

"So? Why should I care? I'm done with wars; send someone else," Percy spat venomously, shocking the other three, who had always known Percy as willing to help anyone.

"Perseus Jackson! What has gotten into you?" Hestia scolded.

He ignored her and continued to stare defiantly at Hecate, who sighed. "Because the person you are going to protect is Harry Potter."

Percy shot to his feet; his eyes wild. "Don't you dare lie to me!"

Hecate stood up as well. "I'm not lying, Percy!"

Percy ran his hands through his hair anxiously. "Merlin's beard, woman! You got him involved in a bloody war?" he shouted, his old British accent starting to leak through. "If he dies because of this, I'll tear you apart!"

"He was the chosen one of the prophecy! What was I supposed to do?" Hecate defended.

Percy growled, but he knew very well how prophecies worked. At least Harry wasn't the one taken to the demigod world. He forced himself to calm down and spoke in his fake American accent again. He said, "I'll do whatever you need me to do."

Hecate smiled victoriously. "You are going to Hogwarts as a transfer student from Hecate's School for Magic," she announced. "I don't need you to fight their battles; your only job is to make sure Harry doesn't die."

Percy growled again at the thought of his twin brother even being in a situation where it was a possibility that he would die. "Fine."

"Wait, aren't you going to teach him magic and the ways of the wizarding world?" Aphrodite demanded. "You can't just send him in there unprepared!"

Hecate waved her hand dismissively. "He's already a wizard. He requires no training."

"How is he a wizard?" Hestia asked curiously. "Sally is not, and I have never known a muggle-born to be a demigod as well."
