Chapter 14: 'I don't know...'

Astrid P.O.V.

He looked down and started blushing harder - "Not as beautiful as you"

I blushed more. I've never been called beautiful, except from Snotlout but he is a player...

I didn't know what to say... We kept silent for 5 minutes (that seemed like an eternity) until I broke it

"W-we should go home." - I stated without emotion. Don't judge me! I'm a shy person!

"Ok" - he replied - "But before, I've something to ask you"

"What is it?" - I ask/answered

"If I ask you to be my girlfriend, what would be your answer?"

I froze in place as my cheeks burned. Again, I didn't know what to say

"I-I don'- I don't know... We just met and I think we should just be friends" (A/N: *singing* just be friends, all we got to do, just be friends, its hard to say good bye, just be friends...) - I replied in a very embarrassed way. That was so awkward... And the red from my cheeks didn't help

He sighed and said in a little sad tone -"Ok"

We stood up and headed back to Hiccup's moto. When he started driving I grabbed him by his torso again

While we're driving I couldn't stop thinking about the super awkward moment back there... Why the hell did he asked me that!? We just met! I'm not the kind of girl that fells in love with every single cute boy that I see... I admit it, he is cute but I don't like him that way!

I was concentrated in my thoughts when suddenly everything turns black...
