Age regressing:

Age regression occurs when someone reverts to a younger state of mind. This retreat may be only a few years younger than the person's physical age. Sigmund Freud believed age regression was a coping mechanism. It was a way the ego could protect itself from trauma, stress, or anger.

"It's just that you never do anything around the house anymore!" The blond shouted.

George scoffed, "You know I try my best to!"

"Do you though? I work my fucking ass off just to come home and have to take care of you every single night! You're too incompetent to take care of yourself!"

"I-i'm sorry!" George said as loud as he could, his voice breaking as his lover was yelling at him. He could feel himself slipping younger.

"No you don't get it, you never would! I'm so sick of having to take care of you when you act like a fucking child, grow up!"

"I sorry daddy.." the brunet mumbled tears filling his eyes, as he regressed.

Dream froze, he realized what he had done, he yelled at George, his boyfriend, for age regressing, "George I—"

"Please no hit, I sorry daddy!" Tears escaped George's eyes, streaming down his face.

"George, you're okay, I'm so sorry, I'm not going to hit you."

George continued crying, bracing himself to get hit, but when no pain came he looked up at Dream through teary eyes, "daddy no hit?" He asked quietly.

"Yes, George, you're safe, i'm not going to hurt you, can I hug you?"

George nodded at Dream's question, to which the blond softly and slowly bent down to the brunets level on the ground, wrapping his arms around him, George's head sinking into Dream's neck. The blond felt tears fall onto him, but he didn't care nonetheless.

"Do you wanna lay down, darling?" Dream asked him, as George nodded tiredly.

The green eyed boy, carried George into their room softly laying him onto the bed. When Dream was going to leave to turn off the light, he felt soft hands wrap around his arm, "stay, please."

"Of course." Dream smiled, feeling more guilty than ever. He didn't mean anything he said, he loves taking care of George, he was his baby when regressed, and his lover when he wasn't. He loved him no matter what version he came home to, of course he always had someone with George just in case.

Dream laid down with the brunet, as the smaller rested his head on the blonds chest, "take a nap, baby."

George didn't reply as he closed his tired eyes, as they felt too heavy to keep open, and soon found himself falling asleep.

However, Dream couldn't sleep, he couldn't believe what he had said to George. He had to be awake when the sleeping boy woke up to explain what happened.

George slept for about an hour when he started to stir, he opened his eyes as they felt less heavy now.

"Hi baby," Dream whispered.

"H-hi.." George said nervously, remembering what Dream said to him, as he was no longer age regressing.

"I'm so sorry, George, I really didn't mean anything I said, I absolutely love taking care of you, it's one of my favourite things, anytime I'm with you I love it, i promise. I wouldn't trade you for the world. I didn't take my pills cause I didn't think I needed them, but I definitely do, I'll continue to take them—"

"I-it's fine Dream, I know you didn't mean too, I'll try not to be a bother, I can go back to England and live with my mom." George suggested.

"No George, unless you want too, you don't have to leave, I'd never want you to leave. You're not a bother at all, I just wasn't thinking straight."

George nodded his head, "I don't want to leave.." he whispered.

"Then you don't have too, Angel. I will continue to take care of you forever. I love you so, so much."

"I love you too, Dream."

Hi it's been awhile hasn't it anyways I changed my writing style

This was pretty rushed but I haven't written in a very long time so I wanted to put something out
