Morro took a deep breath, he sat on Wu's bed, dressed in the clothes that were given to him since the clothes that he was in when he was brought back were in shreds. They were comfy and breathable, and he could even train in them. Although this would be his first day of training since he was brought back, he was forced to rest more often than anything and he was weak and not used to a fleshy body after not having one for years. He honestly hadn't talked to the others on the ship all that much. What would he say, it was so awkward, and he was also trying to hide the fact that he was dead until recently, it's not something that one can easily explain, and now he's also in a world that wasn't Ninjago? It was a lot.

Now he was staying in Wu's room, and he still felt off being in there, especially after he ran away. He regretted it, but, if they're able to beat that woman that the First Master spoke about, then maybe he can apologize to him. He's missed him.

Swallowing back a growing lump he stood from the bed made his way out of the door and stalked down the hallway. He could hear that everyone else was already outside, they were ready and even wanted to know what he could do. It'd be a little once to get back into a regimen, and not be forced to do it under the threat of punishment.

He opened the door and saw all of the ninjas, dressed in gis doing basic stretches, but his eyes landed on the youngest. The little kid, his nickname was Monty he believed, was sitting on the younger Red Ninja's back as he was doing push-ups, and he was wearing the green gi.

The Green gi.

His blood went cold. Why was he wearing that?

Why was he wearing that?!

Swallowing, he moved forward, ignoring the world around him as he focused on the kid. He stood in front of Firecracker, making the teen look up, "Morro? What are you doing?"

"Why is he wearing that gi?"

Firecracker frowned, Monty got up to allow the brunet to stand and stare face-to-face with the raven, "Why?"

"That's the gi to the fucking Green Ninja of Legend."

Firecracker's eyes narrowed, "Yeah," he made it to where he was entirely in front of his younger brother, "What of it."

"He's the Green Ninja?!"

Everyone had stopped and were staring. The silence was all the answer he needed, he started to laugh, and not in a joking way, "Hahahaha! Rich, this is just fucking rich!"

He looked to the sky, "You're laughing at me aren't you, you Cloud Kingdom bastards!"

Rocky carefully stepped forward, "Dude, what are you on about?"

"Did Wu promise him that he was the green ninja or did the stupid weapons pick him?"

The younger ninja snuck concerned looks, "It was the weapons."

Morro covered his face, taking harsh breaths before uncovering his face again, "I was his age..." he looked directly at the younger Red Ninja, "I wanted to be the Green Ninja more than anything...Wu said he knew that it was me." Another chuckle escaped, "And he was wrong," his shoulders shook, "I fucking died because of that damn prophecy, and the Chosen One is a damn  child?!"

Everyone looked at him in shock. The ex-ghost blinked, realizing what he said, "Shit!" He took off running, he jumped, and using his wind propelled himself further. He had to get away, he had to get away!!

***

Everyone watched as the younger Morro ran, gliding in the end. Monty was holding onto Firecracker's leg and the brunet could only stare at the direction Morro ran in. "That's...a lot to take in," Sparky said, breaking the silence.
