With the help of Neelam and the females, Lakshmi chooses her engagement dress for the event that day, and then all the ladies gather in the kitchen together to prepare the food, while Rishi and Ayush get the hall problems fixed
They had booked a beautiful big hall for their engagement, themed peachy and pink, the couple's sitting area was decorated beautifully

Once the breakfast was ready, Neelam called Virendra and Ayush, while Lakshmi called Rishi
The men were outside, in charge of the hall concerns, and they were doing a great job, getting the lighting done and the hall decorated
"Hello" Lakshmi says, on the call with Rishi
Rishi smiles and says "Good Morning my love", to which Lakshmi blushes
"Rishi, nashta ready hai, Bauji aur Ayush ko lekar ghar ajao" Lakshmi says, gripping her phone in between her shoulder and ear, while chopping veggies for the salad
"Lakshmi, ye hume dedo, tum jao, jaa kar dining par bheto" Neelam says, taking the knife from Lakshmi's hand
"Main karti hoon na mummy ji" She said, but was denied, Rishi was listening to all this, and smiled
Neelam held her phone for her while she talked with Rishi, she was nervous and didn't want to embarrass herself; didn't want Rishi to say anything that will embarrass her
"Bauji aur Ayush ko lekar ghar ajao" Lakshmi says once again, nervously
"Acha acha, pehle tum woh bolo, joh main sunna chahta hoon" Rishi says, smirking, unaware that Neelam could hear every single word
She giggled and looked away, embarrassing Lakshmi
"Kya?" Lakshmi says, wanting him to understand her situation, but he wasn't able to and said
"Are, bolo na... 3 magical words, I love you..." Rishi says, making Neelam smile, and she giggled even more, Lakshmi stopped chopping the veggies and embarrassingly took the phone from her hand, and ran outside the kitchen
Neelam smiled at her blushing, and continued chopping the veggies for Lakshmi, who ran to her room
"Rishi, samjha karo, mummy ji thi mere saath, unhone sab sun liya hai" Lakshmi scolds him over the phone, to which he smiles
"Are toh kya hua, meri mom hain woh, unhe pata hai, unka beta apni wife se bout pyaar karta hai toh it's okay" Rishi says, smirking, while Lakshmi makes an annoyed expression
"Aisy shakkal mat banao, aur tum jao, dining par, khana shuru karo, main dad aur Ayush ko lekar aata hoon" Rishi says, smirking at her, while she makes a confused expression
"Tum...acha chodo, suno..." She lovingly says, much to Rishi's excitement
"Sunao" He says, smiling
"Kya tum please mujhe hall ki picture send kar doge, mujhe dekhna hai...please" Lakshmi requests lovingly
